All across the danger zone and the two cities word spread like wildfire about the two indigo ranked Lords engaging in battle. Mana stone mines getting robbed was something that was rather frequent, so only the parties with a vested interest in who had control of the mine or finding out who the perpetrators actually were, were information dealers and other thieves and killers.
They either wanted to sell the information back to the group that was just robbed of who robbed them and if they were willing to pay more, then they would even sell them the locations that specific thief or group of thieves liked to frequent. Or they wanted to go and rob the robbers themselves. Either way, there was money to be made for those in the know. Stealing from a group or a single thief was a lot easier and took much less effort than it did to rob a mana stone mine that was heavily guarded.
