As that commotion came to an end, after making sure that there was no one else inside the cave both beasts and humans entered to see what they could find. Franzs' group was concerned with collecting Gertrude's corpse. Seeing that Franz had no intention of staying any longer after he grabbed her, all his guards had time to do was retrieve the beast and mana cores from their kills.
Inside of the cave were the corpses of the 10 blue core rankers. Which of course led to several more skirmishes breaking out. Only those with a discerning eye realized that the rubble in the tunnels and the large room of the cave were extremely valuable. There was an abundance of the mystery material as it lined the walls of the large room.
