None of them noticed because Adam was desperately trying to escape because once they caught up to him with all of their blue cores, he was dead for sure. The Abyss also didn't notice because they were trying to get to him before he entered the forest as that would be a whole other ordeal.
There was someone trailing both groups. It was Havok.
After Santana left, he got a message from Leona letting him know what happened in Utopia. She knew that it was not him because he didn't go around killing indiscriminately. Which meant that someone was framing him, trying to get The Abyss to target him.
Shortly after that message the region went into lockdown, but it was nighttime, so he was able to move around freely despite being the only one on the street. The only ones who would be able to catch a glimpse of him would only see a blur. So, all of the cameras that were buzzing around in the air did not matter to him.
