Despite Dame being the right hand of Jaxx, he was actually not stronger than his counterpart. She was the muscle to his brains that helped Jaxx run the area. The left hand of Jaxx, Deandra, a blue core ranker with an affinity for water and her weapon of choice is a katana.
Seeing the knife was about to stab her in the chest, "Wet Suit!" and her skin was covered in a layer of water everywhere except for her face. If you looked closely, you could see the water rippling as she moved around. It was thin, but Havok could sense that she used quite a bit of mana to make sure that it would not be penetrated by his knife. She also made sure to leap backwards to try and lessen the blow even more. The wall behind her was blasted apart, but there was not anything for her to stand on after she destroyed her office wall.
