Using a yellow ranked beast core Leona managed to heal the two of them. She also used 'Direct Injection' in order to speed up the process of Grant filling his mana core. This was a technique that she was beginning to use every time that she had the opportunity due to how valuable it would become once she ranked up a few times, so it was smarter to train it now when she was weaker. That way she would not have to train it when she was stronger.
Her proficiency using the technique had increased a decent amount as she was no longer wasting as much mana as she did when she first got. Other than making sure that she got as much mana from a core as she could, she was also training on how to direct the mana straight into someone's core which would stop them from having to waste time circulating the mana through their body and into their core.
