[A/N: Phackback here! Sorry for the chapter upload mishap. I just switched this chapter (214) with chapter 215: A Busy Three Months. They are now in their correct order.]
It was still dark out because even though it was morning it was only 2:30 AM. Havok made his way to the city as the snow continued to pour down from the sky. He didn't get a reply from Grant or Leona, but they had just checked in last night, so he wasn't worried about them.
Havok had a love-hate relationship with the snow. On one hand it allowed him to track people and beasts easier since he was able to follow the imprints in the snow. However, it also worked on him. 'Hidden Presence' was not impervious to the snow, so even though his imprints were much lighter than everyone else's, they were still there. So, if a beast or human was tracking him closely enough, so that the new snow would not obscure them then they could use them to track him.
