Chapter 206 - The Only Silver Lining
The chaos ensuing in the city was quickly being quashed as the blue cores each returned to their regions. Havok had just arrived at a hotel and bought a room for the night. He left Leona there making sure to lock the door, so that no one would bother her while she slept.
He sent Grant and Leona a text that he was on his way just before he left the hotel. Then sped through the blood and corpse filled streets towards Cred. Oddly enough the moonlight made the scenes on the street look as if they were from an art gallery. Normally he would have taken a healing pill because he was in a great deal of pain from the internal injuries, but this was a chance to let Leona heal him and enhance her capabilities as a healer.
