There will certainly be times in this novel that are on the darker side of things. Havok does some awful things in this chapter, but I think that it fits with his character.]
News about the situation at the Wayward Crew's strip club quickly spread throughout the southern region. Although it was known for its violence attacks like this, killing well over 100 rankers was rare, extremely rare. Mostly due to the fact that since The Abyss did not interfere much with the people living in their region, the stronger groups had laid claim to certain parts of the region. There were 15 groups in total and together they formed the Adjudication. Those 15 groups were basically rulers of their own little areas. They collected taxes, extorted, killed, stole children, kidnapped women and men from the areas that they had control over.
