In the forest Grant and Leona were sitting on the ground back-to-back, panting, covered in sweat and blood, some of it was theirs, but most of it was from beasts. It had not been that long since they had entered the forest, one thing was clear. The beasts were much more active and aggressive than the last time that they were here. Neither of them knew the reason, but they were too busy fighting for their lives to care about why.
"God damn! At this rate lasting through the night is going to be a challenge!" Grant said frustrated at how all the beasts that they have encountered have been in groups of at least 3 and their aggression was on a completely different level. It was comparable to the cats in the dungeon that went berserk after Havok killed their leader.
