Chapter 142 - New clothes

The comments under all four of the rulers posts were full of excitement and skepticism. The excitement came from the posts saying that they would be provided with food and entertainment for free. Also, the rulers would be recruiting rankers either just to their region or to join their groups. After the beasts attack on the city, many rankers that had lived peaceful lives the past decade had lost faith in the rulers due to them faulting to protect the people that pay taxes and have faithfully followed the rules set up by the rulers.
