During the week that Havok spent at home getting healed by Leona all four regions spent money hiring those with an affinity for earth to come and rebuild all the buildings and homes that had been destroyed. It cost all of them a pretty penny. The southern region was the region that took in the least amount in taxes because they had enough strong rankers living there, they were able to offer other services in exchange for helping them rebuild.
