Chapter 138 - A familiar place

When Number 1 was coming out of the forest, they pressed the button behind their eye and called the others and Number 4 gave them a rundown on what was happening. As soon as Number 1 stepped onto the battlefield it drew the attention of everyone, both humans and beasts. They all tried to see if Number 1 was injured at all because if they were then both races would look to take advantage of that. All the ones that were hoping for that became hopeful when they saw the various cuts and the large bite mark on the forearm, but Number 1 was moving fine, so they were unsure of just how hurt they were. It was not just those that were looking to kill Number 1 that were paying attention. An overwhelming number of the people on the battlefield were nervous that they would come and take their kills along with stealing their corpses, cores and other resources from the dead beasts.
