Once the person following Bruce was sure that the beasts left. They decided that it was time for them to make their move in order to make sure that he did not get too close to the city. Since they were both part of a powerful secret organization then it would not be much of a secret if they were spotted while killing Bruce and his security team plus there would be even more problems if Bruce said something out of line about their organization and it was heard by members of the public.
They leapt off of the ground, using their affinity for wind they flew forty feet in the air before…
