"Since you are new to the city, you probably never heard of this place. It's basically a large mall, like we had before the catastrophe, except everything in here is for rankers. All of the businesses in the entirety of Freedom City have some sort of presence here."
"Freedom City as a hole, not just the northern region?" Asked Havok.
"That's right. Each region has a complex identical to this one and it rotates where they are hosted. They do a three-month cycle in each region and this weekend happens to be the first weekend that it is hosted in the northern region. If you are looking to build a brand this is the place to be, due to how many people from the other regions come. Or if you are looking for something specific, your best chance of finding it is at one of these four locations."
