I fluttered my eyes open, which were still heavy with sleep. I dragged my self from the bed and gave out a long yawn and stretched till I heard every bone crack. I then headed to the bathroom to get myself prepared for the day.
A lot of thoughts flooded my mind as I let cold water from the shower flow freely through my wavy blond hair.
Today was a very special day. The day of the ball, the welcoming ceremony of the new intakes, the freshers at crystal park. And most importantly, the coronation of our new alpha. A lot of parks representative and the Crystal Park members and freshers will be present in the grand Hall. Let's just say all the alpha's and luna's of all parks and everyone in Crystal Park.
I switched off the shower, cleaned my body dry with a white towel and got out of the bathroom after doing the necessary. I applied some body lotion, wore my clothes, which was red pants and a white baggy top. I packed my hair into ponytail and put on my flip flops. When I was satisfied, I then headed down stairs.

I finally got to my destination, the park dinning. It was large and spacious, enough to contain us all. It was filled with long tables, stretching out from each end of the walls to another. The benches was set up side by side the tables and was presently filled with people eating their breakfast.
"Good morning, madam." I said to Mrs maddison, the head chef.
"Good morning to you too, caitlin. I'm sure you are here for your breakfast. It isn't served here. I have gotten orders from the alpha earlier on that you will be having breakfast with them instead. " Mrs maddison explained with a smile on her face.
"Oh, thank you you much, madam." I replied with a large smile spreading across my face.
I happily rushed up the flight of stairs to the seventh floor, right before the attic.

I opened the door slowly as I poked my head through the gigantic door frame.
"What took you so long, come on in." The Alpha said.
"I woke up late and I didn't know I was to come here." I answered as I bowed my head.
"Rise...here have a sit." Mother said as she drew out a sit for me.
I moved down the big empty hall, only filled with a dining table made of glass and a chandelier above the heavy delicacy on the table.
"Good morning, mische." I said as I finally noticed the four other people in the hall with me.
Emily( smallish, yet quite strong for her size. Often underestimate.) Abigail (Huge, bitchy, and used her body to oppress and bully others.) Mia(proud and very bossy, quite beautiful too.) And lastly, my worst. John( strongest, extremely muscular, made fully of muscles and he hates me.)
Emphasis on the ' hate '
Yeah, that's right. He loves picking on me, always thinks I'm not meant to here or be chosen in the first place.
I put on a shabby smile on my face and spoke nicely.
"Hi everyone. "
No one spoke. They just looked at each other with disgust. John broke the silence and started laughing. How annoying. If this were to be an anime movie, you can imagine the hot steam emitting from my head.
"Hi." Liam said with one of his cute smiles.
Liam was the quite one. And he was never noticed. Just like I had forgotten his presence. He was sweet and nice and a brainy.
I faced my breakfast of bacon and egg with a cup of blood. Soon I was through with breakfast, I literally shoved it down my throat. Mrs maddison's meals are always so heavenly and this breakfast was not an exception. It was doing a great job in making me forget the glares piercing into my skull from my haters which were a lot.
I stood up and moved to antonia who was sitting side my side her brother. We hadn't spoken today at all, and we couldn't speak in the dinning hall, until the dishes were cleared out. Dad didn't like eating and talking at all and only reconsidered when it comes to strangers and visitors and his beloved mate. As for his children, they were dead silence all through.
I stood up once I was done with my breakfast and moved to antonia who was sitting side by side her brother. I moved closer to whisper some words into her ears, but before I could talk, she beat me to it.
"Let's go dress you up!...oops"
"I told you not to use your witch powers to read my mind." I said angrily.
"And I told you not to talk while eating." Dad said with a crossed tone.
"All done sir." Antonia said lifting her plate to show him.
He just nodded.
"Sorry." She said as she shrugged.
"You little..." I was saying before dad cut me off.
"Stop...you are going to do that later. We are having a meeting right after..."
And mother cut his off.
"Baby girl, I have picked out your ball gown...show you later." She winked.
"Honey!" Alpha said raising his left brow.
"Sorry." Mom said with a shrug.

*Caitlin's POV*
(At the ball)
I walked gracefully and slowly into the grand Hall, where the coronation bouquet was to take place. The huge hall was decorated with red and white drapery. My favourite colours. And roses of the same colour.
A little was sprinkled on the red carpet at the entrance leading right inside and down to the throne seats, far up the podium.
Three golden thrones, the armrest and the sit made with an exotic red velvet material. The bigger throne, which was at the center of the smaller ones, will obviously be for our new alpha. And the smaller ones, for the beta and someone else, I had no clue.
The whole hall was decorated with candles on golden stands, which were position strategically. And golden chandelier with bright crystal that glows so beautifully.
I adjusted my cinderella gown which was aqua green in colour, netted material for the off shoulder and the flea flowing right down passed my ankles. It was fully embroidered with crystals. I curled my blonde hair and packed it to one side with a pearl band, a silver stiletto heels of about five inches and a little tiara which was silver to fit my shoes and my clutch. I was beautiful all thanks to Antonia.
I walked up to alpha and mom, which were in a conversation with other alphas and lunas. Mother looked so beautiful and a lot younger, wearing a black silk gown with no sleeves and a slit up her thighs exposing her tanned skin. Complemented with her golden jewelleries, a golden purse and a golden kitty heels.
I really wonderd how she was coping with those, like my stilettos were already killing me and hers were way tinier.
And alpha, wearing a black tuxedo with a polka dot black and white bow tie. I moved to their ears to whisper something to them.
"Mom, dad. I'm going to hang out with Issabella. "
"Sure honey." Mom said, while dad just nodded. I missed my twin siblings already. Too bad they weren't allowed to come. Anotonia always wanted to see Issabella.
I moved to the dinning area and tapped Issabella on her shoulders as she was about to stuff a cupcake into her mouth. She turned around letting her straightened black hair flip on my face. She is wearing a mid knee cinderella ball gown, purple in colour with pearls earrings and her bag and shoes also decorated with pearls.
"Girl..." She said as she left her mouth drop right down. She looked at my dressing from up my hair down my shoes. I'm sure she is so amazed. I really don't like dressing this flashy. Antonia forced me to were this. That girl...
"You look so..." before she completed the sentence I stuffed that cupcake she was holding in her hands into her mouth. She started chewing very fast.
"Don't you dare say it." I said with my death shot eyes , pointing my index finger at her chest
"Beautiful...like goddammit." She said it. Always not listening.
"Yeah...antonia dressed me up and did my make up. I sure do feel like a barbie doll.
"Awww...how sweet. She should have dressed me up too." She whinned.
"You look great, too." I said with a smile.
"G-i-r-l...!"
"What?"
"The new alpha is entering the hall...look!" She said as she turned me around to his direction.
I could smell a sweet aroma from way back here. The mixture of musk and sweet lemon,with a little of orange
"Goddamn, he is so hot and his scent so enticing. " I said beneath my breath.
Issabella tapped my shoulder, moving to my ears before she spoke.
"You are drooling already. I thought you always said ' boys aren't my thing, winning the competition is.' "
Issabella mocked.
"I'm not drooling. Just admiring the work of the moon goddess. She did a very fine work." I said playing with my back hair.
"Yes, you are...you do that anytime you are lying." Issabella was referring to me touching my back hair.
"Fine!.." I said as I got cut off by a loud trumpet, playing a famous beethoven music piece.
Wait. Why do they know that?...damn he was so popular even on the werewolf realm. Super crazy.
An echoing clearing of throat sounded through the loud speakers, placed in strategic places around the hall.
The beta of crystal moon park spoke.
"I Welcome you all to this great, special and remarkable event. I'm so glad that you all could make it. And all the new intakes, welcome once again . Hope you are enjoying yourselves?"
"Yes sir." We echoed.
"Finally the main business of the day...The coronation of the rightful Alpha. He is quite young, for an alpha but he earned it. At age six, he killed one thousand and five hundred army in one night all by himself. The first person to turn wolf at age six."
Everyone in the hall was clapping and screaming. Mostly girls that liked hot guys and maybe a few weird boys. I'm not going to lie, that was definitely cool and worth my clapping.
He may just be like me.
Triggered by revenge.
"Let's welcome...Oliver Aiden." The beta stepped aside and the clapping and screaming intensified as soon as the new alpha stepped in.
"He is so...so...so handsome. " She said while drooling.
"Whatever." I answered.
"Damn, why does he smell this good." I said softly as I looked back to the entrance and I sighted John. Which meant trouble.
"Girl let's move closer to the middle of the crowd. " I said while dragging Issabella.
"This view is better...besides all the alpha's are moving to the podium to put their blood in the golden cup, right there. So I can see perfectly fine. " Issabella argued.
"Please. I'm in danger. Please..." I pleaded as I continued to drag her past the heavy crowd.
We moved closer to the side of the newbies like us. I stuffed my head in between the crown to blend in. That isn't so easy when you are the only one with blond white hair. I looked up after sometime to see the new alpha completing the ritual by drinking the content of the cup. He seemed to be getting stronger. Wait, scratch that. He is getting stronger, like having ten percent power of about hundred alphas.
He stands up front his kneeling position and moves to the stand adjusting the microphone and said in the most authoritative voice of an alpha I have ever heard. Very soft yet yielding.
"Bow."
All of us on that hall including alphas and lunas put their hands on their hearts and bowed saying.
"Long live, the alpha."
As soon as we rose up, a hand from behind landed on the tender soft skin of my shoulders. The hands of my worst nightmare on coming into the werewolf realm. John.
I stumbled a little, as soon got full balance as I was sprung towards him, now coming face to face with my hater. All because of alpha punished him by making him clean the whole dinning hall before coming here. He caused this upon himself he pranked me, by letting me sit on a broken chair and it gave out and I smashed my ass on the hard ground.
"You bitch...you think you can humiliate me in front of the whole park and go Scort free?" John said with amusement on his face.
"Please, please...I'm sorry." I started.
"Now I will humiliate you in front of all the werewolf realm. Right now." He said as he pulled me to the ground, picked up a jar filled with water and emptied it all on me.
I felt ashamed of my self and the worst feeling I hated the most was not being able to do anything about it.
I just sat right there as my gown soaked all the water and my hair dripped. John looked at me with so much pleasure in his eyes. And the others just froze and looked at me murmuring words I couldn't catch on to.
"Someone help me, please. " I mumbled to myself.
I heard foot steps coming closer to my direction. The sweet smell of musk and sweet lemon got closer. And then I saw the new alpha, stretching out his hands down to me.
"I'm here." I heard in my mind.
I was a little reluctant but I gave in soon after.
As soon as our skins touched, I could feel my heart pounding hard against my ribs. I was still looking down. I can't look at him in this situation. He let go of my hands as soon as he was sure I was well balanced.
He turned to John's direction and with a blink of an eye, he strangled him. The huge guy no one dares to touch, my nightmare was dying right before my eyes. At last. He did this with only one hand, lifting someone as heavy as John without any problem at all. His other hand placed in his pocket.
Everyone let out a loud gasp and just watched in shock. I also was surprised. I also am, like why is he helping me. A whole alpha, help an omega as me.
I felt like those Disney princesses when their Prince charming comes to save them.
In about a minute he dropped his lifeless body. I was sure he could have just snapped his neck, but he wanted to make his death a painful one.
Ooh, what a painful slow death.
"Wow, who is she to him." I heard some people whispering.
