"Yes, teacher. Talent is nothing, cultivation is temporary, but knowledge is eternal. The second rule is: Fill the world with knowledge, and make it a better place." She recited.

"Good. The emphasis on the first rule is the part about eternal knowledge that supersedes both talent and cultivation. I've told little Wei about how dangerous the loss of knowledge is. From that, what do you think the country should do?"

"They need to protect knowledge?"

"Right, they must protect knowledge, and it needs to be prioritized first. Do you think the turbulence in the capital never happened before?"
