"So you're saying that two unknowns, possessing strange magic and a high level of battle prowess, took to an attack on the escort team assigned to the Dreylar Family scion, and escaped under your watch. Is that it? You're really getting more sloppy, Van." The white haired boy softly chuckled as he penned down some strange writing with his sleek brush.
"Well, to be fair, it was an unexpected move. I hardly had any time to react to the situation." Van smiled, taking a deep breath.
"And it seemed to work perfectly. Stop trying to make excuses. It won't look good on a young prodigy like you." The white haired boy remarked.
"I deeply apologize for my mistakes. I'll humbly accept any punishment." Van bowed courteously.
"Why so uptight? You should learn to relax sometimes. Take a cup of tea. Chase some girls. Get it out of your system. Come back and thank me later." The white haired boy waved his hand.
