On a Monday morning, it still has its harsh summer sun. It was the first Monday of the new month, September and as how fierce the government is, it's the same for the schools' calendar organizers.
It was the resumption of a new term and as for Vincestreet High, instead of looking like a normal school where normal students attending but the students were instead, cladded in bulletproof vests and handy ammunition.
The environment looked more like a military barrack as despite what they all appeared like, they had smiling faces as they all were engaged in a friendly and healthy discussion.
The activities of that day went as smoothly as it should have, from the resumption speech in the assembly to the reorientation by the new homeroom teachers and from the continuation of the school's curriculum and class periods to it was finally break period.
In the new year 3 class, class A, Eugene could be seen with some familiar faces. At his left was Tiara and in front were Velma and Jixie. Unfortunately, Jay wasn't with them as his last term's performance degraded and is now currently in class B.
Among these four friends, they were having what seemed like a fun discussion until Jixie leaned forward and asked, "what is our next move? Velma wants to get free from the higher ups' claws while Eugene wants to shut down the threat that threatens both his and his mom's life while putting on a smirk on its face."
"Remember, we are not here to climb the ranking board but sneak into the Dirty Crowns Gang and shut Axel and increase the intensity between the Albion Group and the Milestones Corporation, reduce the latter's attention over Velma and somehow, secure her some funds to live better in another country." Eugene summarizes his goal.
"You know, things don't always go as planned. We should be cautious of other gangs as they will be paying attention on every move now and then." Velma reminds them and with a small pause, she looks at Tiara and spoke up again, saying, "I'm kinda feeling bad as to how we involved Tiara with her gaining nothing in this whole goal of ours."
"Oh, don't mind it, since it doesn't just benefit me but benefits I and my siblings as well. Helping the son of our orphanage's number one and almost only donator to secure her life is as well, a goal for me. Anyways, have any detailed information on the rest of the ranked gangs and their leaders been released?" Tiara cleverly diverts the attention that was focused on her to the list in order to avoid the three to have any feeling of pity towards her.
"Oh yeah, speaking of information,..." Eugene said as he brought out a file from his backpack, opened it up and continued with his statement, "this is that of Cotton Candy and The Moving Riot. I got a hold of them since last week."
Velma takes the file and decides to read out the information to the group, " Summarized Information on the 10th Ranked Gang: The Pinky Pops. The Leader, Chaniel Westsheer, aka Cotton Candy. A fine high school girl with matured charms that doesn't take on violent requests but manipulation, blackmailing and seduction.
She is well known as the negotiator who has different range of offer towards different people according to her judgement, which are; threatening, equalising and requesting. Respectively, this is according to the person's standing in the negotiation.
As for her brawling records, it is always handled by the 9th Ranked Gang: The Rage Riders. The gang settles her disputes that leads to using violence or force and according to her records, she only failed six times but never for once was there a complete annihilation.
The Pinky Pops Gang is generally a females only gang and their hierarchical system goes with a leader and four divisional heads. All members fall under the divisional heads and they all are under the leader as they follow strict and direct orders and rules from the leader.
Then, The Rage Riders' summarized information goes as follows: firstly, the leader; Greg Silicio, aka The Moving Riot, goes into activities only when he is ordered by the Pinky Pops' leader and when intruders or enemies are messing with his territory, reputation and members.
Greg has no goal of climbing to the top but only stays silent while following orders or doing his usual leader duty.
It is quite known, even amongst ranked gang that he has the capability to move higher in the ranking list but instead has no such plan.
His gang is a bike riders gang where there is a total freedom within the members except for two rules, which is; the city citizens are members and be the victim, not the culprit.
This has made his gang to earn good reputation in the city as they also aid the police in some voluntary works and duties.
Despite their goodness, they have a gruesome records of having one of the most vicious battle records as they are responsible for shutting down four ex-ranked gangs.
They are known to use a mobile formation during their brawls and always use every possible means to clear obstructions that prevent them to meet the opponent's leader.
Greg is a freestyle motorcyclist and he uses that as an advantage to trample his enemies but he is also a cultured gangster as he respects keeping appointments for brawls and avoid ambushing his enemies without any prior announcement."
"Now that's a lot of information which is to our advantage but anyways, we would try as much as possible to avoid clashing with the both." Eugene suggests.
Just as the four were discussing, there was a little uproar happening in the school as many students were pointing their guns at a motorbike that was being riden in circles, round the school's courtyard and on it were Greg, the rider and Chaniel, who was sitting behind him.
This brought the attention of the four and they peeked through the class window and saw the two. Without anyone telling the four anything, they already know that the two came for Eugene.
Without any hesitation, Eugene went straight down to the courtyard and as they three had their eyes meet, Greg stopped his bike while Chaniel got off with a smirk.
