Sherry: Xuan! I don't think we'll be able to find your mother here.
Xuan: But mother usually comes here often
Sherry: But maybe she isn't here today. We've been here for 6 hours yet no sign of her. How about we leave and come back later?
Xuan: Okay! (They stand up to leave.)
Sherry had no where to take him to, and being that she still needed to go to work, she decided to take him along. As soon as she gets there, everyone starts to stare at her surprisingly.
Theo:(an employee at SL) Sherry! You came
Sherry: Yeah! I came a bit late today, but I already informed Mr Noel.
Theo: Oh! Who...Is he, is he your son?
Sherry: What? No! He's...
Theo: (whispers to Sherry) It's okay if you don't want to say it out loud. Besides there's a strict principle here at SL I guess you don't know it cause your new. But it's Mr Noel doesn't allow family members to come to work so you'll have to hide me well.
Sherry: Oh! Thanks for letting me know.
(Olivia and some other people walks in) Good morning Miss Olivia.
Olivia: Is this your son?
Sherry: No! of course not.
Olivia: Then who's son is he?
Sherry: He's...(Xuan cuts in)
Xuan: Good morning Aunty.
Olivia: Aunty? don't call me Aunty I'm not that Old. Call me Sister. Or Miss
Xuan: Aunty! sorry, but you look older than this Aunty. So I thought you might be older.
Olivia: You..
Noel: (comes in) What's happening here?(everyone greets him formally)
Xuan:(Runs to hug him) Aunty's Husband. (Everyone who were present were shocked beyond imagination)
Olivia: (smiles thinking Xuan was referring to her) why do you call him my husband?
Xuan: it's not you I'm talking about the other auntie (he points at Sherry)
Olivia: (pissed) What? Nonsense! Little Kid don't say nonsense
Xuan: I'm not saying no sense I mean it
Noel:Who are you? Why do you come to my company to say nonsense? You (points at Sherry) why did you bring your kid here? Kids are not allowed here, take him out.
Sherry: Yes! Mr Noel. (She quickly drags Xuan out)
Noel: Everyone back to work.
All: Yes! Mr Noel.
Later that evening
Noel: I don't understand. You couldn't find his mom, then so what? Just return him back to the streets.
Sherry: I can't.
Noel: So you're going to adopt him?
Sherry: No! I'm just saying you should give me more time to find her. And for those times, let him stay here with us.
Noel: Sorry, but my house isn't a charity zone.
Sherry: I didn't say it was, I'm just saying you should give us more time please.
Noel: Just do whatever you want. (He goes angrily)
Sherry: (To Xuan) Here come sit.
Xuan: Aunty is Uncle angry because of me?
Sherry: of course not. He has mood issues. But he'll be fine. Just play here while Aunty goes back to her work okay?
Xuan: Okay.
Sherry:(goes into her room to continue the song lyrics she has been practicing ever since. Suddenly her phone rings) Hello!
Jade: Hey girl, Long time no see.
Sherry: Yeah I've been busy, a little though.
Jade: What? Is Noel Making you work overtime?
Sherry: No! It's just that I got a role in the company, and i think it would really do me good, to Ace this, because it might determine my place in the company.
Jade: Oh! okay then, good luck I hope you Ace it well.
Sherry: Yeah me too. Anyways I have to go now.
Jade: Yeah me too.
Sherry: Bye. (Call ends. Sherry goes back to her studying, but few seconds later a sharp sound came from the sitting room, and soon Sherry heard Xuan crying. She ran out to check on what had happened, and to her dismay, she saw Xuan sitting on the floor bleeding, and a frame was broken too. She rushed down to him, so Carry him up,and Noel comes out panicking) Are you okay?
Xuan:(cries and hugs her)
Sherry: It's okay! It's alright.
Noel: (In an angry tone) What happened here?
Sherry: I don't know, I think Xuan mistakenly hurt himself with the picture frame.
Noel: What? He broke my frame? That's the last One.
Sherry: What do you mean, to this isn't about the frame, Xuan was hurt.
Noel: (Screams angrily) But that was the last frame, the last frame I had! He broke it.
Sherry: What do you mean, it's a just a frame you can get another one, why are you so paranoid about it?
Noel: Shut up!(he goes to her and drags Xuan from her and through him out the door) Get out! Get lost.
Sherry: What are you doing (she goes out to carry Xuan who was terrified )
Noel: Get him out of here, I don't want to see him. Take him back.
Sherry: I won't. Unless you want me to leave too
Noel: I don't care you both should get lost.
