Noah growled as he felt the familiar emotion of betrayal well up within him. "You guys…will regret this." His body shifted, allowing the Impetus within him to flow out in waves. He was smart, he knew that for them to release such unbridled killing intent, his former comrades couldn't be reasoned with anymore. They had made up their minds.
They had chosen to betray him. Betray the fellow brother that had fought by their side for so many years. And that feeling of betrayal stung him so deeply, he felt like someone had dug a hole in his heart. A pain that bordered on what finding out about his 'sister'. "Ian."
The blond hair boy nodded. "Of course. I hate trash like these people anyways."
Isabelle also stepped forward, facing the entire crowd of soldiers with a glare. "Let's go."
The three didn't hesitate and released their full power. Their Quad Aspect Martial art possessed no Physique move so they executed their respective Embodiments.
Noah growled as his eyes glowed a menacing azure color as his impetus swarmed his body. The impetus seemed to coalesce and harden to form an azure layer of dragon scales over his body while his body expanded adding on muscles and rising to a 2 meter height. In the next moment, the dark haired man was coated in an azure humanoid dragon that glared at the now standing Brian.
Brian cruelly smirked and waved his hand. Immediately, his Impetus unfurled and coated his body forming a layer of a crimson bear above his skin. The wave of his hand generated enough power to divide the entire bar into two halves, separating Noah and his friends, leaving the dark haired man alone to face the betrayer before him.
Yet he displayed no fear and simply spoke with an ice cold voice laced with killing intent. "Ian, Isabelle, take care of the rest. This bastard is mine."
The two trusted their friend. And although the current Brian, through whatever means, now seemed to emanate a Rank 7 aura, they believed Noah would have no problem defeating Brian.
Meanwhile Brian laughed at the display before him. "I'm yours?! Yours?! I'm a Martial artist at the 7th Rank! Not to mention, I now practice a Tri-Aspect Martial art! You have no hope against me!"
Ian simply chuckled and gave a side way glance at Brian before walking away to deal with the multiple soldiers who had brought out their weapons. "Heh."
Brian's brow twitched as he saw this but before he could even speak, an intense sense of danger assaulted him, causing him to jump to the side, avoiding a fatal blow to his abdomen.
But he wasn't out of danger yet. Impetus gathered at Noah's fist before firing outward and smashing into the soldier's stomach.
Brian grit his teeth, soaking up the damage and swiping downwards with his claw coated fingers. The bear claw seemed to grow in size as he smashed downward, aiming to pulverize Noah's head.
The dark haired man simply stared up with his now emotionless eyes and twisted to the side, deftly grabbing his opponent's large falling claw and executed the Redirection skill, causing Brian to miss his footing and crash into the ground.
"Claw Frenzy." Noah tensed his fingers and slashed forward, releasing multiple strikes at the air. In the next second what seemed to be dragon claws materialized before him and shot towards the disoriented Brian.
"Hardened Fur!" His Impetus flowed, creating a wall of crimson colored fur to protect him from the barrage. It held for the majority of the attacks but in the end broke down and left the now defenseless Brian to face them. He grunted, raising his arm and shielding his face from the barrage of attacks
Blood flowed down his hand as the attacks broke past his bear coating and met with his skin, nearly amputating it. He gaped at his wounds, surprised at how powerful that attack was but soon regained his calm and stared straight at Noah's icy cold eyes. "You really show no hesitation gutting down your former comrades."
"Likewise." The dark haired man scoffed, dashing at his opponent with the Dragon Steps, his toes barely touching the ground as he strode forward with incredible speed.
Brian also charged forward with an equally fast speed. But he suddenly stopped and smashing his feet into the ground upon reaching within 10 meters of Noah, sending his Impetus downwards and causing a shockwave that sent Noah flying into the air, leaving him open for the soldier to jump upwards and stabbing the dark haired man in the chest, allowing blood to spray onto his face.
Yet when he looked up, he only saw the cold eyes of Noah glinting dangerously before he opened his mouth and released a roar. Behind the dark haired man, a dragon head appeared releasing a roar that seeped into Brian's body, stopping him from moving.
This allowed Noah to control the tail behind him to charge forward and pierce through Brian's heart, causing him to spit out mouthfuls of blood.
"You…" The soldier crashed into the floor and glanced at the kneeling Noah with surprise, regret and rage. "You would give your life to kill me?"
"Heh." Noah chuckled, standing up while a wave of azure Impetus washed over his body, allowing Brian to see the deadly wound on his chest slowly but surely close itself. Something that shouldn't have been possible without the long lost healing Aspect martial arts.
"You… That's not fair!"
Noah looked down on his former comrade's fallen figure with a clear cut disgusting expression on his face. "You ambushed me and my friends with an entire group of soldiers and you wish to talk to me about fairness?"
"Wait! Wait, we can work something out! Don't kill me! I can tell you the identity of who bribed the Unit!" Brian's eyes widened as a fearful expression appeared on his face while he begged for his life.
Noah's icy cold eyes glanced down at the begging soldier and made the latter shiver in fright. "I don't need that. I'll just murder every single one of you." He swung his hand, clawing at the fallen Brian's neck.
Killing the betrayer and a piece of himself.

Noah's brows flinched as that sudden memory gnawed at him and frowned. His mood further worsened as his senses picked up on an annoying detail. His cold eyes moved onto Leonel's cousin, scaring the teenager. "Why the hell is there a second Essence signature on you?"
