Jade wrapped his arms around June's waist and led her to the living room where Jayna, Edward and Jeno were. Jade and Jayna met face to face. Jade looked at Jayna questioningly in his head. Jayna, who was confused by Jade's gaze, then turned to Edward hoping to get help. Edward who didn't understand just smirked.
"Jay, what are you doing?" Jade asked.
"Me? Why? It's nothing, bro." Jayna nervously answered.
"You two have a problem?" Jade asked again.
"No, we're fine" Jayna elbowed Edward who was looking at her.
"Yes sir, we are fine. Do we look like people who have problems with each other??" Edward rubbed his forehead.
"Thank God if you guys are okay." Jade sat on the sofa right in front of the two of them. June left them and headed to the dining table where Jake and his wife were taking out some food they had brought from outside to be packed in containers by the housekeeper to take on their trip tomorrow.
June told Jake to go to the living room and let his wife finish the rest of the work with him.
"Alright, you go to the living room. Let June and your wife finish this." Throw June at Jake.
"Okay, bro, I'll go there." Jake stroked his wife's shoulder with a smile and then left them.
Jake sat beside Jayna, embraced him from behind and kissed her cheek.
"My little sister smells so good, who do you want to meet?" Jake teases Jayna.
"What are you doing?" Jayna replied with a frown.
"Ed, do you miss Jayna? Even though she's already in the office, he's still coming here." Jake teased Edward too.
"Oh no, bro, I just need to be discuse something with Jayna. Today Jayna is fully meeting outside the office. So there's no meeting her all day. It's hard to explain via email or chat. That's why we have to meet in person." Edward explained at length while occasionally embarrassed.
Jake laughed at Edward's behavior. Just as Jake was about to open his mouth again, Jayna had pinched his cheek to keep him quiet. Jake rubbed his cheek. Jeno, Jake's son who was in Edward's lap, came down and ran towards his Daddy's lap.
"Aunt Jayna don't hurt my Dad" Jeno hugged his Daddy. Jayna widened his lips with rounded lips hearing the words that came out of his nephew's mouth.
"Help Daddy son, Aunt Jayna hurt Daddy." Jake joked while embracing his son and pretended to be scared.
"Don't worry Daddy, Jeno will protect you." Jeno hugged and rubbed his Daddy's head. Jayna covered her mouth with her palms with an amazed face looking at the behavior of the two people, Daddy and son in front of her eyes.
"Thank you my son, Daddy is very lucky to have Jeno." Jake is becoming more and more.
"Yes Daddy, calm down. Aunt Jayna won't hurt Dad again." Jeno held his Daddy's cheeks and looked at his Daddy's face. Everyone in the room could no longer hold back their laughter at Jeno's action. Explosions of laughter filled the room.
Jake hugged his son while laughing. June and Ariana came to join them in the living room.
"It's really fun to laugh. heard all the way to the kitchen, you know.." Ariana embraced Jake and stroked her daughter's hair which was in her Daddy's arms with a shy face.
"Mother, Aunt Jayna wants to hurt Daddy. But Jeno protect Daddy, so Mother just took it easy." Jeno explained shyly.
"Oh raelly? Wow, your son is great. Thank you dear for protecting Daddy." Ariana kissed her son's forehead. Laughter filled the room again.
"Guys, dinner is ready. Let's go to the dining room together." June, who was standing beside Jade, pulled her husband up.
"I'll take Edward out first, Sis." Jayna pulled Edward's arm to her feet.
"Oh, why Ed? Don't have dinner here. It's already prepared." June stopped in her tracks.
"No Sis, Edward has other business." Jayna cut off Edward who wanted to talk.
"If it's not too important, just take care of it later, Ed." Jake said.
"Yes! Can be taken care of later, sir" Edward hastily answered before Jayna cut her off again.
Edward smiled mischievously at Jayna because this time she failed to get rid of him.
'What the hell is this child, I don't know what if it's been gently kicked out.' Jayna grumbled in her heart.
Edward won this time. He deliberately wanted to upset Jayna with his existence.
"Just go ahead. There is still something we want to talk about, about work." Jayna held Edward who had wanted to follow Jake.
"You can do it later, Jay." Jade said.
"Just a moment." Jayna was still trying to reason.
"Well that's that then. Don't take too long, just come to dinner when it's finished." Jade reminded Jayna.
"Yes Boss!" Jayna was happy because the reason worked.
Jayna threw Edward's arm and Edward just grimaced, pretending to be in pain.
"What are you doing Ed? It's been coded to go home, why are you joining in for dinner here." Jayna lowered her voice.
"I was invited. I didn't ask. Just forced." Edward didn't not understand what Jayna meant, he just purposely ignored Jayna's hint. He was annoyed that Jayna had been avoiding him all day.
"Up to you!!" Jayna walked away from him.
"Ehm .." Edward cleared his throat to hold back his laughter as he followed Jayna's steps towards the dining room.

"Ed, your house is far from here?" Jade asked Edward who was still chewing.
"Not really, about 2.5 hours if there is traffic. If there is no traffic jam, it will take 1.5 hours to arrive." Edward replied after finishing his chewing.
"How about you come with us on vacation tomorrow? Any plans for tomorrow?" Ask Jake.
"That's a great idea, you're good at driving right?" Jade added.
"I don't have a problem, sir, there's no activity tomorrow either." Edward said.
"Well, then you will drive first. If you are tired, Jake will replace you." said Jade again.
"Well, then you?" Ask Jake.
"I am the boss." Jade pointed at himself. The others laughed at that, except for Jayna.
Her hunch was never wrong if she let Edward be around her family for more longer. Edward had already built a coalition with her brothers. This cold war is certain to end with another truce.
"You agree, right Jay?" June asked, startling Jayna who was only seen stirring the food on her plate.
"Oh yes, it's up to you sis." Jayna forced a smile.
"You can stay here tonight. Tomorrow we can stop by your house first when we leave to pick up your things and necessities during the trip." Add Jade.
"Oh, you don't have to. I always carry clothes and other necessities everywhere in my car." Edward immediately interrupted. Jayna chokes at the plan to invite Edward to join their family trip.
"Wow, that's good, right? Even better then. So we don't have to hassle" Jade said.
Jayna rose from his seat.
"I have finished eating. Shall I go to my room first?" Jayna left her seat at the dining table.
Everyone just stared at Jayna who left. They continued the chat without realizing that Jayna was very disturbed by the addition of members of their family trip.
'Edward isn't that self-conscious anyway!' Jayna grumbled.
As for Edward, he thought that this trip could improve his friendship with Jayna.
