When she got to the room entrance she was confused as to what she was hearing, and she just prayed silently that all was well.
Who knows maybe something bad was going on with Chris and if he was under attack.
What could she even do if she found him in a bad state?
Lena knew that they were safe but recently she was unsure if they were fully protected.
As soon as she pushed the door of the room excitedly, she got the shock of her life.
She saw Chris having raw sex with someone on their bed. The same bed where they both fucked just the night before.
The lady was screaming in a familiar voice and he seemed to be enjoying everything that was going on.
They both did not even notice the time she walked in and when she was looking at that to know who was underneath him.
Although when she was outside she could not hear anything that was going on inside, now they were too loud for her.
Her entire world came crashing down when she discovered who was happily moaning and screaming under her mate.
It was her one and only sister, Mona. She could never have imagined that something like that would happen to her in her entire life.
Lena was still surprised that after she watched them for more than 3 minutes, they did not still notice that she was there.
So, she decided to leave the room and did not bang it hard when she was leaving.
Lena suspected that they could hear her but they did not just want to stop or maybe they did not bloody care.
This could explain why the entire pack house was silent, it meant that Chris had ordered them all to hunt
Lena was sure that all their pack members thought she was at home.
They did it sometimes when they needed to be alone and away from the noisy environment.
Chris would have everyone else leave the pack house for them to have their own time together.
Lena was shattered, her whole world was about to come to an end with what she saw.
She started running again and crying so hard this time that she thought her heart was going to pop right out of her mouth.
Lena never imagined that Chris would cheat on her and not with Mona, her only sister.
Was Mona jealous of her to the extent of spoiling her relationship?
Does it mean that she never knew Chris for who he truly was and all he was doing was pretend to her?
So many questions rushed into her mind at the same time.
She did not want to dump him, at least he deserved a second chance for being so sweet to her all this time.
But every part of her tried to see that as a red flag for her to leave him as soon as possible against her heart's desires.
What hurt her most was that she finally brought good news to him, all he wanted and made her want was finally happening.
She was pregnant with his child.
And she got to know this at the pack hospital earlier in the morning, that was where she was coming from to tell him.
So, the first place she was going to go was the pack house, she needed to inform the pack doctor not to tell Chris anything.
She would not be saying anything about her pregnancy as well as she needed to know the kind of person he was.
If cheating was just a mistake, she would know and know just how to deal with it if it was otherwise.
Lena decided then that she would not tell him that she was pregnant for him and would not confront him about what he did.
She would not even talk to her sister about it and keep it for as long as she could to see what would happen.
Although she knew that she was a very emotional person and could burst out anytime, she would try to be calm for as long as possible.
When she knew that she had run far away from the pack house, she stopped running and calmed herself down to be able to think.
She knew that soon enough, the other pack members would be back so she had to make everything go according to Chris' plan.
Lena had explained to him that she would be back by noon so he would not be expecting her now.
She left the pack house in a way that he couldn't even ask where she was going but she noticed how concerned he was about the time she would be back.
All her mind thought at that point was that she would be greatly missed by him, unknown to her that he was expecting someone else.
Now, she started to think that all her mother said about Alphas and male wolves were true.
Even in her next life, she wasn't going to come closer to any Alpha to even have as a friend because they were always bad with women.
Her Chris was a lady's man, she knew but he always assured her that nothing happened between them.
Anytime she met him with a new lady, she would become all jealous and ask him too many questions.
And he did his best with allaying her fears so she thought everything was alright.
As soon as Lena got to the pack hospital, the doctor knew that something had gone wrong and it was very obvious from the way she looked.
But she did not want to discuss her private affairs outside or have the talk of the Alpha on the lips of his subjects.
So, all she told her was that the Alpha was not around and she wanted to keep it as a surprise for him when he came back.
When she asked the reason why Lena was looking bad, all she could say was that she ran for so long that she was tired already.
What happened next however was surprising to them both.
