Lena was on her way back home when she saw Chris come into the hospital, she and the pack doctor were shocked to see him.
When they asked, he said he had come to pick his lovely mate because he misses her and Lena had to force a smile.
As usual, he was curious as to what the doctor's report was but they both left his questions unanswered this time.
The next day, Lena prepared his favourite meal to make him happy, still thinking about how she would expose him.
Her mind was in disarray since it was not a simple thing to do, she knew that if she was not able to justify her case, it would be another problem for her.
His once very beautiful and attractive body looked all like a mess to her now and she couldn't let him touch her the night before.
It was just too disgusting that after telling him that she was on her period he still wanted to try his luck.
So many things ran through her mind when she was doing the cooking but she decided to stay still and just be the good girl she has always been to him.
After serving him, Lena walked across the room and wanted to stay outside for fresh air and to avoid eye contact with them but he called her back.

Chris was complaining the food Lena made with every obscene and vulgar language he knew how to say and it made her so angry.
Lena grasped the opportunity to argue with Chris, which made Chris more angry as well, he expected her to be that sweet girl.
Their fight was getting more intense that she was afraid be was going to beat her up with the way he broke things.
He never did that before and she could understand why he was really overreacting now.
She knew that this meant his love for her was reducing drastically because of her sister, Mona.
Lena did not want to lose and she wanted him to get hurt as well so she lied to him that she would never get pregnant.
What happened next brought her entire world down, she never thought he would say that and he looked so honest when he did.
Chris did not even hesitate to tell her his truth as he said he had realized it so he didn't love her long time ago.
Although it was difficult to believe, she accepted her fate and they soon held the rejecting ceremony.
Just like when they first became mates, in front of every pack member, Chris rejected Lena, and Lena wasn't the Luna anymore.
Lena due to shame, could not say that she knew the reason behind his change and Mona was happy about everything that occurred between them.
She had thought he would keep it a secret for a while, but it just dawned on her that she did not know Chris at all.
Lena was seeing someone different from her very loving and caring mate, and he was really wild with his actions.
No one could literally control him and he was determined to bring everything they have built together to ruins.
Seeing Lena did not much hurt by his actions, he announced that he would make Mona his Luna.
It was not more than few minutes after rejecting Lena in the presence of all the pack members and they were astonished.
He even kissed Mona in front of her, which made Lena furious. Lena went to her room and packed her things while weeping.
Mona followed her and did not show any sign of remorse for the wrong she has done to her only sister out of jealousy.
Instead, she teased her. Since Lena was not going to go down easy, she tried to retort but Chris bumped into them.
Showing his genuine hatred for Lena, he took sides thinking Lena was bullying Mona, so he slapped her hard across the cheek.
The maltreatment was unbearable especially with her condition so she couldn't stand it anymore.
Lena immediately threw everything Chris used to buy for her away and rushed out of the Ocean pack house.
It all felt like a dream to her that her world was crashing down right before her eyes in just a few minutes.
But she was strong enough to accept her fate, seeing the look on her mother's face pierced her heart deeply.
If only she had listened to her, maybe things would be different for her, she never believed that her sister was this jealous of her.
She knew that Mona had all rights to because Lena was doing better for her, but why couldn't she just be happy for her.
Lena was sure that Mona did not care for Chris in anyway and he would suffer it because Mona was only concerned about herself all the time.
Now, she was all left alone with her unborn child, no one even knew that she was pregnant except the pack doctor.
She had no friends and she already made the doctor swear to keep the secret, even though she herself did not know why.
Lena cried her eyes out, she did not want to remember anything that had to do with Chris or the pack so she would start over.
So she ran as fast as her legs would carry her again till she fell down very tired and lifeless.
Not losing hope, she got up and continued walking and running halfway till she got a cab that took her to another pack.
The Moonlight Pack, she had heard of them before but she never really had anything to do with them.
She sincerely hoped that no one would know her or be able to identify her so she can start afresh with no stress.
Lena was determined never to return to the Ocean pack that she once called home.
