You see, the Author suspected that she might have a "very mild OCD"....

First, what is OCD?

OCD, the abbreviation Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, is a condition where the person who has it have an uncontrollable, reoccurring thoughts or the obsession and behavior that is not necessarily voluntary or intentional, the person who has it will consciously or subconsciously do the act or whatever it is that is affected by their OCD.

Now, why does this certain Author feels like she has one?

You see, the Author has the symptoms of someone has has the one.

Common types of compulsive behaviour in people with OCD include:

-Cleaning and hand washing.

-Checking – such as checking doors are locked or that the gas is off counting.

-Ordering and arranging.

-Hoarding.

-Asking for reassurance.

-Repeating words in their head.

-Thinking "neutralising" thoughts to counter the obsessive thoughts.

-Avoiding places and situations that could trigger obsessive thoughts.

Where does the certain Author get the list of symptoms, you might ask?

Now, you see, what we are talking about here.

That is right! The certain Author is self-diagnosing!!!

That's why she doesn't want to believe it, her mother also said that she doesn't have one because she is messy. Which the certain Author will point out, she doesn't like messy places, she just learned to ignore things that make her life hard and make her feel complicated...

The certain Author forgot about all of this, for a very long time. If only she doesn't decided that she wanted to join the competition WSA 2022...

The certain Author wanted to use the first novel that she published to enter the competition, but she can't do that. The certain Author doesn't know if it is because the novel is an entree from the last WSA 2021 or what...

The certain Author doesn't want to delete the novel and publish it again because even though no one is really reading it because she stop at the very beginning of the novel because of reasons that we will discuss next chapter, there is one person who added it in their collection and the novel actually received a lot of views...

It's 5.4K views! The certain Author can't believe it!

That what made the certain Author worried...

She knows what it felt like...

To what have something you've been really wanting to read or happened to not exist...

The first novel "Where the peach blossom spring leads you" (WPBSLY) is not yet done, she couldn't start another one just because she wanted to use the competition to motivate her into writing novels again...

That's right, that's the main purpose why the certain Author wanted to join the competition so much...

And she will do so in the upcoming years until she finish publishing all her novels.

And finally she decided to publish this novel.

This novel were supposed to be the very last novel that the certain Author will publish.

But here we are...

The novel were supposed to be a biography for the certain Author, sort of...

The story of her life...

From childhood to the present as she writes the novel...

All her thought process, what led her to wrote the novels, what she felt and who she are...

And she hope that she can still do that...

Even though she is doing this right now...

At first, the certain Author doesn't know if this will be a short story or a full scale novel...

But now? It will definitely take a long while...
