(A/N:This chapter is short cause I'm kind of considering something here. Plus, my grammar always fails me so please understand)

"Wait for a second..." Alex tried to stop Lyla from pulling him into the dining room, but alas, he was too late.
As soon as they entered, the gazes of 10 people who were seated surrounding the big table turned and focused on them, 'on him' to be specific.
"G-Good m-mo-morning", Alex greeted with an awkward smile on his face. Well, can't blame him since he never had a big family like this. He was kicked out of the Dawson family at a young age and was taken care of by his mother who died a few years later.
"Hohoho, good morning my boy, come and seat next to your grandfather", Grandpa James invited Alex to seat next to him and since he felt less awkward with him, he had met him yesterday, he immediately went and sat on his right side.
Lyla followed and sat on his left side which seemed unoccupied.
.
.
Everyone's gaze was following his every movement which made him even more nervous.
*Cough*
Grandfather James pretended to cough to get everyone's attention and said, "Why don't you all introduce yourselves"
Everyone snapped out of their stupor and started introducing themselves.
"Hello Alex, my name is Hilda and I am your grandmother" an elderly woman with short blonde hair and emerald green eyes introduced herself with a warm smile on her face.
"My name is, Levi and I am your second cousin", A 17year old looking guy with the same features (except for the handsomeness and age) as Alex introduced himself.
"The name is..."
Soon everyone took turns introducing themselves to Alex with warm smiles and fortunately for him, nobody asked too much about the incident in the forest. He did not have anything to say about it.
After the introductions were over, everyone started eating their breakfast. The food was bread, omelet, and some type of tea he had never seen or heard of, something he wasn't used to eating on earth.
"Wow, this is delicious" Said Alex almost in tears. Although it was a normal omelet and bread, for him, the taste was different
maybe because it was his first time eating with a real big family or something else but it made him feel emotional to the point of almost crying.
Everyone just smiled seeing him like this, some of them even started giving him more and Alex unceremoniously ate it all without a tinge of shame
*ahem*
Grandfather James cleared his throat to get attention and everyone looked in his direction.
"Alex, although your memories are gone, we aren't. We are and always will be there for you," He showed a smile on his slightly aged face and continued, "Let's create new memories together my boy"
Everyone nodded their heads with the same smile on their faces.
"Yea, let's create new memories for you"
"Yes, what matters is that you are alright, memories can be created anew as long as we have the ability to breathe"
"Yes, it is......"
-------------------------------------
Alex this time could not hold back his tears and started to cry.
Everyone left their sits and hugged him in all directions (family hug) providing him with a warmth that he had never felt before.
Back on earth, he always had a feeling that he was missing something in his life, something very important
And now, he felt complete. That something he felt missing was now in his grasp, real complete family. His earthly mother gave him love but, this feeling was even greater.
Speaking of his mother, where are his parents?
Lily told him that she did not know of his father but she never spoke about his mother so, he decided, he would ask some other time.
.
After Alex calmed down, they broke the hug and started leaving the dining room except for him and grandfather James who said that he wanted to speak with him.
.
.
Seeing that everyone was gone grandfather James looked at him with a serious expression, "So why don't you tell me where your soul had wandered off to boy?"
