•••Dean's POV•••
"Dean are you ready yet?!", she yells, so early in the morning she's asking if I'm ready, I thought taking off my shirt. "Give me thirty minutes",I yell back. "Thirty minutes, haven't you showered yet?" she asks. "No" I reply shaking my head
So haisty, I wonder why she's in a hurry, I ask myself stepping into the bathroom. I step out of the bathroom, dried myself and did the needful,i had worn everything remaining my shirt, when I heard a loud thud.
"Audrey. Is everything alright?!" I ask but didn't get a response. "Audrey?!", I call again, still no response. Something wasn't right, I quickly put on my shirt then rushed downstairs. I searched everywhere, but I couldn't find her. "Audrey?!". I ran to the back of the house, I saw her laying on the floor unconscious. What was she doing at the far end of the house? I don't even come here, I ask myself. I kneel, tapping her face lightly, but she didn't respond. "Drey? Come on, open your eyes", I tap her feeling so worried. I pick her up and hurried her to the sofa. Her palm felt cold, and tears kept streaming down her closed eyes. Her breathing unsteady, "come on now Audrey, wake up", I shook her slightly to get her eyes open, but to know avail. Her body temperature kept dropping, her body turned cold each second that passed. What happened to her, I ask myself worried. I didn't want to try plan B, till in critical conditions, I guess this was a critical one. But first plan A, I bent down giving her CPR. But nothing happened, I blew into her mouth 2 more times, still nothing. I let out a deep sigh, knowing I had no options left. I closed my eyes, Using my thumb to swipe left on her forehead, then using my index I swiped the middle of her chest downwards. I opened my eyes and She gasps tears still streamed down her eyes.
"Its been over 10 years since I've had to memories and never that clear", she says tears rushing down her eyes. "What memories?",i ask, has she told me about it before?, I asked myself. "memories of the accident 14 years ago",she cries. 14 years ago?, AH yes, the car accident, I recall. " sorry" was all I could say, I didn't know what else to, so I stroke her hair, pulling her close to me."Don't cry your spoiling your make up", I say trying to make her laugh. Her eye makeup poured down her cheeks, and she didn't look good at all. so I brought out my white hanky from my back pocket, then dried her eyes and cleaned her cheeks. "Dont you know you look like a troll when you cry",i say teasingly pinching her cheeks. I got the reaction I wanted, she laughed taking the hanky from me and cleaning her face properly. I looked at my watch, we just had 30 mins to lectures, well I did, I don't know about her. "lets hurry, we'd be late for school", i say helping me up. She rushed to wash her face, then we both stepped out.
