He dragged me upstairs and when we reached at the rooftop he whirled me making me face him. I pulled my hand harshly from his grip and caressed my wrist, his grip was very tight.
" what the hell is wrong with you ? !!"
I winched , which caressing my wrist. I glared at him.
" shouldn't I be the one to ask you that ?..what the hell is wrong with YOU ? !!"
His eyes were shooting daggers to me.
" you must saw the missed calls , and texts right? Then why the f*ck you didn't gave me a reply?!! "
I folded my arms and looked away from him.
" I was busy solving my sh*ts I guess,...someone said everyone's life doesn't spins around mine and he was right, so I decided to solve my sh*ts....sorry I was caught up with something "
I said .
From my peripheral vision I saw him sighing. The weather was quite refreshing, wind was blowing in a gentle manner , not very hot neither very cold . The birds were chirping on the trees.There was silence , I closed my eyes inhaling the scent of flowers , the wind passed by caressing my skin making me relax.
" neha.."
He called. I looked at him.
" please...let's forget about the argument, can we ? "
He faced sky for once and then looked down holding the railing.
" I.... I didn't mean to say that..I was just angry and took out my anger on you ..I am very stressed now- a -days .."
" I am sorry "
I looked at him confused. 'Why was he angry ? Why is he stressed? ' the curiosity took over me .
When he looked up at me I could see the truth in his eyes.
I exhaled and nodded my head.
" okay ...I forgive you "
I said, while looking down at the busy streets and buildings .
" but that doesn't mean , you're allowed to take me as a punching bag "
I glared at him. He chuckled and nodded his head as okay.
" Now can you tell me why were you angry?...did you fight with your girlfriend? "
I asked raising a brow.
" No...it's...it's my dad "
He said.
" ohh.."
That's all I could utter. It's was his family matter and I didn't want to meddle in his family matter, I didn't want to force him to say about his personal matter when he didn't want to.
" Now it's your turn "
He said.
"Huh?"
I furrowed my brows in confusion as I couldn't figure out what he meant.
" Now you will answer my questions "
He said as his face got serious.
" what questions? "
I asked.
" who was that guy ? And what exactly happened that day? "
Then it rang a bell. I looked away.
" o-oh it was just a random pervert...I don't know him . "
I lied.what was I supposed to do ? He was already stressed with some family issues and I didn't want to bother him with my problems . He had enough on his plate.
" you're lying "
' is this boy a mind reader or something? 'I thought. I cursed under my breath.
"I am not lying!"
I said, gosh!I had a really bad habit to not being able to make eye-contact when I lie and I knew that habit would got me in trouble someday.
" really Neha ? We both know that you can't look in the eyes when you lie "
" Neel I am saying the truth, trust me "
He squinted his eyes and looked at me . A sudden mischievous smile appeared in his face making me nervous.

'Damn this boy is really pressuring the hell out of me....he really knows how to make me spill the truth ' I thought.

Sarah, my best friend's girl friend came . She was on a family trip , I didn't know when she came back. I internally thanked her for saving me from her boyfriend who was inspecting me like a policeman. Atleast once I appreciated her interference between me and my bestfriend. The bond between me and her wasn't good .
She just acted all kind infront of her boyfriend. But her acting couldn't dumped me. I could see through her. Her every time interrupting our conversation, every time snatching my bestfriend away saying she has something to tell to her dear boyfriend, every time bringing her lovey dovey talks disturbing my fun with my buddy couldn't be only a coincidence right?.
Even now she glanced at me from head to toe and then wore a smile before turning to her boyfriend. Alas! my buddy was too blind in love to see it . I rolled my eyes at her and folded my arms.
" what are you doing here?..you missed your class"
She asked. Neel smiled at her presence and gave her a hug .
" I had something important to talk with Neha "
He said and pulled away from the hug.she pecked his lips which made me cringe. I quickly looked away as if it will affect my eye sight.
" but you can talk to her later...you shouldn't missed your class "
She said.
" yeah..as if you will let him talk to for a sec "
I muttered.
" did you said something? "
She asked me raising her brow .
" I said I should leave now "
" wait..we aren't done yet "

" we will talk later Neel, for now take care of your girlfriend "
I quickly walked away from there before he could protest. I released a big sigh in relief when I finally got down the stairs.
I turned on my heels to walk but stopped when a figure blocked my way .
I looked up only to see the brother of my bestfriend 's irritating girlfriend.
I tried to walk at the right side but again he blocked my way. I sigh.
" move! "
I said.
" not until you move from my sister's way "
He said. I chuckled in a mocking way.
" dude, I have nothing to do with your sister..she is just my best friend's girlfriend..that's all "
I said.
" drop the act...I know what you're trying to do...and I am warning you stay away from Neel "
