After Karg left, Alec took his time to go through the system, checking out the tabs he had left unattended due to his state of surprise.
The first tab after the [Skill] tab was the [Inventory] tab.
He tried opening the tab but it only displayed,
[????]
Alec sighed in disappointment when he saw that. Immediately, he went over to the next tab which was the [Storage] tab but as the other tab did, it also displayed the sign of unknown.
"The heck? Why can't I access these things?" Alec subconsciously uttered in frustration.
He tried other few tabs after those three tabs he already checked out but still found the same result.
Outraged that he was unable to see the content of the tab, he angrily closed the system.
On closing the system, his thought suddenly drifted to the black book that aided him to escape.
"Where the hell is that black book from earlier. I can't seem to find it any longer. Or has it finally disappeared after aiding me to escaped?" Alec thought but then decided to leave the book matter for more pressing issues which was, how the hell he got to Creston city after falling inside a hole in his village.
Ding!
[Your hunger grows]
[HP drops every one hour till you fill in your hunger]
[Health status…]
[HP: 2/7]
Each time his HP drops he suddenly feels weak like some energy was sucked off his body.
"Maybe this is not as fun as it appears to be," Alec muttered after he saw the message.
About an hour and a few minutes later, Karg returned with a paper bag filled with meat food.
Handling Alec the bag, he said, "I will just go see the doctor now for the bills and your discharge. I will be back. Enjoy your meal." Karg left the room after that.
Without waiting any further, Alec began digging in. While In the middle of eating he got a message from the system.
[Hunger has diminished]
[You are now in perfect condition]
[All HP has been restored]
[HP:7/7]
Ding!
[Quest 'Eat meat only' has successfully been completed]
[Reward: +5 Xp]
[First time completing a quest]
[Bonus reward: 100 Xp]
Alec saw the messages before his eyes. Not only has the system rewarded him for the quests he had completed but also gave him a bonus.
Alec was still ignorant of what the system was so all he knew was that it was kinda fun.
Just then, he received another message from the system.
Ding!
[You are now a level 2]
[5/200 exp]
[All stats has increased]
[Congratulations you have unlocked a new skill in division MIGHT]
[Would you like to check out your new skill?]
[Yes] [No]
On seeing that message he felt his body strengthen a little. The weakness he felt earlier was gone.
The strength he was feeling was the same as the strength he usually has when he gets up from sleep, even more energetic.
"Why the sudden feeling of energy in my body," Alec muttered in confusion at the sudden outburst of energy.
"New skill?!" Alec exclaimed inwardly in astonishment.
"This must have something to do with this system and level up," Alec muttered, putting the last piece of meat in his mouth.
"What level up and system are you talking about? Don't tell me you're already into games?" A female voice was heard as she opened the door and started walking toward Alec.
Alec gritted his teeth in frustration on seeing who was there. She was the arrogant young lady Karg introduced him to moments ago.
"H-Hi Kimberley," Alec said with a forceful smile, waving his hands.
When Kim came closer, Alec got to see her better. His jaw dropped at the beauty before his eyes. The young lady was a beauty to behold.
She was blonde with a sharp facial that gave her a long look coupled with a pair of beautiful long slender legs that added more beauty to the already existing one.
"This kind of beauty is rare in Azalea and if ever found, she is gonna end up as the king's mistress all her life," Alec muttered still in a daze.
Kim irked a wicked smile hearing what Alec murmured before saying,
"Hey, snap off it already, I'm already used to men ogling at my beauty, so don't make yourself seem too obvious. And I'm not gonna be anyone's mistress even if I was to be in your Azalea."
Alec gulped nervously. "How come she hears any slight thing I mutter?"
"How are you able to do that? I mean how are you able to hear anything I mumble so clearly that you can reply? And as well as the invisibility you did earlier?" Alec asked.
"That's a family trait. Everyone in my family can hear even your breathing and for the invisibility, it's my ability," Kim answered with a prideful voice. "Now tell me, what the fuck are you thinking about getting yourself in the middle of a road? Who does that these days? You just appeared suddenly out of nowhere."
"I'm so sorry for that. I don't know the rules here," Alec apologized, bowing slightly.
"Not just any rules but a measure any sane person could had followed," Kim snapped out in annoyance.
"Like I said, I'm sorry," Alec apologized further, with his head still down.
"Stop apologizing, It makes me mad," Kim muttered in disgust before going to sit down on the chair she had sat on earlier.
Once again the room was filled with silence. So Alec decided to use that opportunity to take a look at his stats, as well as to see the new skill he had unlocked.
Ding!

Alec saw that all of his stats had truly increased as the system said. Maybe this explains why he was suddenly feeling energetic.
However, Alec wasn't satisfied with only what he saw. He has yet to see a new skill unlocked.
As he thought of his new skill, the system immediately switched to the [Skill] tab.

"Wow, that's quite handy. So it means I can be able to identify the skill of every person by merely looking at them," Alec inwardly squealed in joy.
So without wasting any time, he decided to put his new skill to the test by checking out Kim

[????]
[????]
Alec's eyes widened in shock on seeing her power level.
"Considering how arrogant she is, I have no doubt she was strong," Alec muttered as he gazed at Kim who was comfortably seated with her eyes glued on a pamphlet.
Alec's gaze was still on Kim when Karg stepped inside the room.
"The doctor said you are perfectly fine for discharge. No serious injury was attained and no broken bones. So I think you are free to go now," Karg calmly said.
Alec's face paled on hearing that. He had no place to go or stay. He just arrived in an unknown place, where he knew no one.
Karg noticed the sudden sadness in his face so he quickly added to his words.
"But you are always free to join us home if you want."
Hearing that, Alec's face lit up in happiness.
"Really?! Thank you so much, sir, I do appreciate your kindness," Alec uttered with a deep bow.
"Seriously dad? First, you brought him to the hospital and now to our home. I can't believe you, dad," Kim uttered in annoyance as she stood up and walked out of the room.
Alec, not wanting to cause any damage between the father and daughter, quickly said,
"I totally understand sir. if she is uncomfortable with my staying in your house, I can act-" He still talking before Karg interrupted.
"Follow me now," Karg interrupted with an authoritative voice before walking out of the room.
"Oh shit! Wait for me, sir." Alec cried in frustration before running after Karg.
