With Avanelle restraining the divine energy, the old man successfully penetrated Craig's acupoints and flooded his spiritual network with soul energy. Using some special method, he used his soul energy to repair the damage caused by the divine energy.
Slowly, as he repaired Craig's spiritual network, Craig's faint soul energy began to flow once more. As more and more connections were reestablished, the amount of effort the old man had to put became less and less and soon he had finished repairing all the damage amongst the one hundred and sixty acupoints.
He withdrew his soul energy and opened his eyes, exhaling a long deep breath. "It's done." He said, looking at Andre. "Once he recovers enough mind energy he will wake up." He then removed all one hundred and sixty needles and placed them back into his utility belt.
