It's been two months since the destruction of Earth. I laid down in the now spaceship and looked at the stars going past us. As we rode around in space, I began to think about the ways I could've prevented everything from happening. In the end, I was able to save...part of my family and most of my friends.
"Master, you can't sit there moping all the time! I've made dinner, you should join us for dinner." Mika said.
I kept looking out the window and at the stars. "I'm not hungry.."
Mika puffed her cheeks and frowned a bit. She made me look at her and held my face. "Come. Eat. Now."
I looked at her then sighed and sat up. I got out of my bed and followed Mika to the front. I noticed everyone sitting around in the front of the spaceship having dinner together.
"Look who the cat finally dragged in." Hecate smiled.
Mika sat me down in my chair then picked up a plate of food and handed it to me. She smiled at me and rubbed my head gently. "Eat up. Our Leader can't starve to death."
I looked at the food and began to eat a bit.
"So what's our destination? We can't ride out in space forever." Takame said.
"I don't know yet." I said.
"We've been flying for two months, and I'm sure by now we are outside our solar system." Serafina sighed.
"That's because the Banished aren't in the solar system. I don't know where they are." I said.
"Come on bro, you can't stay upset forever. I mean yeah it sucks that we couldn't save our home, but we're still here." Gideon said then tapped my shoulder with his fist.
"Yeah we really did our best." Esta smiled sadly.
I looked at everyone and they all gave me reassuring smiles. I closed my eyes and gave them a bit of a smile. We heard beeping from the radars and Mom got up to check the radars in the control center. She noticed a red dot and their power level came on the screen.
"543,821..? That's Tier 4-B. Who could possibly be this strong..?" Mom asked herself then heard an explosion. She looked surprised and noticed one of the wings blew up. She picked up the microphone. "Brace yourselves for a crash landing! We are coming in fast!"
We braced ourselves for landing and I heard laughter.
"Enjoy my gift?" Tehom asked.
"Tehom.." I growled.
"I can't be there to fight you myself as I am still recovering so I will be testing you. Let's see how far you get." Tehom laughed.
The spaceship began to enter the atmosphere of this new planet. Our spaceship crashed into a forest, but I managed to use my Spatial Magic to minimize the damages to our bodies. I kicked open the door and walked out of the ship. Shira and the others followed behind and we looked around.
"Where are we?" Freya asked.
I summoned a holographic interface and looked at the map. "It says we are in a world called...Mistral."
"Mistral? We must be in another planetary system." Hecate said.
"Yeah this system is strange as the Sun is called the Iglenox and the moon is called Etnasa. These two sound like they were named about some God and Goddess. It's hard to tell how time passes here, but right now that doesn't matter. Let's go find a way out of this forest." I said.
The others agreed and we began to venture forward. The wind began blowing gently and a thick fog began to form around us. I grunted as this was the same thing that happened in the Forest of Absence. I tried to reach for someone but once the fog cleared, I was already in another part of the forest. I looked ahead and noticed Achluo in front of me. His eyes shined and he smirked.
"Did you like my trick?" Achluo asked and pointed in the air then imitated a crashing object and an explosion then chuckled. "I'm surprised you and your idiot friends survived that crash. I guess I should've done more than destroy the wings of your pathetic aircraft."
I summoned the Sword of Elysium and glared at Achluo. "You...you're Achluo."
"Yes, I am glad you remembered me after two months." Achluo smirked and showed the Six Lifeless Medallions. He tossed them to me and they circled around me. "Tehom wanted me to give these to you."
I looked at the Medallions and grit my teeth then looked at Achluo. "You'll pay for what you did to Rosenea and the others!" I bellowed and ran to Achluo and my Crests shined.
Achluo held his hand out at me and a pulse of black energy hit my body and my Crests stopped glowing except for the Crest of Elysium.
"He has Crest Negation...!" Elysia yelled. "Luckily I'm not effected by it but this is dangerous..!"
"There is no running. You need your Crests to tap into your True God Form...meaning you only have access to your God Mode. Too bad it's only the Level 1 God Mode, I would love to see the legendar Max Level...Level 5 God Mode." Achluo smirked and crossed his arms.
"Where is Shira and my friends?!" I asked.
"They are safe. I split them up as well, but they aren't my targets. You, specifically, are the target of Organization Khaos. Tehom knows your connection to Elysia...we all do and we know...that you aren't from this timeline." Achluo said.
"What..? How could they possibly know..?" Elysia asked.
I grunted and glared at Achluo.
"By the looks of it, it seems we are correct. In the original timeline...you died didn't you? Well you nearly did, only to be saved by Alethea. It's clear as day, Shiryo...you bore the Eight Minor Crests of Divinity, Crests that no one of your age or status could do. Plus your IQ...it's over 9,000,000. The same IQ as a Deity. You know too much...for that you must be eliminated!" Achluo bellowed and dashed to me.
I transformed into my God Mode and my hair turned white then I dashed to Achluo and bellowed. He summoned his nodachi and slashed at me. I blocked his attack and grunted. Achluo transformed into his Abyssal Form and his eyes shined red and his hair turned red with yellow strands. He kicked me away and I groaned as I crashed through multiple trees. I rolled on my side then recovered on my feet. I looked up and noticed him above me. I vanished and dodged his attack.
"You can't run forever, Hero of Beginning." Achluo said then grunted as he was hit by an invisible force. He was blown away and grunted then stopped himself in the air then groaned as he was knocked to the ground. He landed on one knee and looked around.
I moved around the area at godlike speeds and appeared in front of Achluo. He looked at me surprised then I kicked his chin and he grunted heavily. He was knocked into the air then I grabbed his leg and pulled him down then sliced his body five times before sending an rock spire through his body. His body dispersed into black smoke and a laugh was heard in the air. I looked around and grunted. I slowly looked down and noticed his nodachi blade going through my body.
"You were too slow....you are too weak." Achluo said then took his sword out of my body.
I fell to my knees and coughed blood. I fell onto my side and closed my eyes. 'Too...weak...I couldn't save Earth, now this...' I thought to myself.
I opened my eyes and found myself laying on the ground in Elysium. I looked to the side and noticed my head resting on Elysia's lap. "Too weak.."
Elysia looked down at me and rubbed my head. She looked at me worried and continued to rub my head.
I looked up at Elysia and noticed she looked different. "Hey...you look different.."
Elysia had a more matured body and didn't look young, her hair was longer, and she wore white robes with a necklace around her neck.
"This is my true form...only you get the luxury of seeing this side of me." Elysia said and smiled at me.
I turned my head and looked out into the open. "Am I dead..?"
"Your Flesh...is dead, yes, but I forced your spirit to retreat back here to Elysium. If they extract your Crests, it could've been fatal for the fate of our universe." Elysia said.
I closed my eyes. "I couldn't save Earth.."
"You didn't save Earth the last time either." Elysia said.
"But this was my one chance to turn it around and fix things." I said.
"Some fates can't be avoided. Earth was destined to die. You may not know it, but Earth is a heavily flawed planet. It's...not suitable for a hero like you." Elysia said.
"I could've made it suitable!" I groaned and sat up.
"Shiryo.." Elysia said then grabbed my shoulders and pulled me back down, so I could lay my head on her lap. I looked up at Elysia and she placed a finger on my lips. "I know it's hard for you to accept, especially after you had another chance to fix thing, but...some things can't be fixed. Fujo and your Grandfather for example. Fujo always hated you, but hid those feelings because...you never had these types of enemies in the past. And your grandfather, if not killed by assassination, was bound to be another soul taken by Father Time. Though those times are irreversible...You managed to save your friends by changing the flow of time. You can make things right with them. Gideon however...is another iffy situation."
I looked at Elysia then closed my eyes. "Even so...I want to change his fate. I don't want to be weak anymore...I was too weak to stop Galatea, too weak to save Earth, and now I was too weak to stop Achluo. I've taken many losses and I don't want to take any more losses and you're the only one who can help me. So please...Elysia...help me.."
Elysia looked at me and smiled then held my cheeks and rubbed them with her thumb. "I too have a request...to my guardian. I don't want to be weak anymore either, if I help you get stronger...can you help me...become stronger?"
I opened my eyes and looked up at Elysia. I smiled at her then nodded and held up my pinky to her. She smiled back and wrapped her pinky around mine and we made a pinky promise.
"It's going to take a month to complete your new physical body. I shall make you look more like a Deity than a human. So just relax..~" Elysia smiled.
....A month later....
I woke up and looked around, seeing myself in a room. I held my head and grunted then looked beside me, feeling someone grab my sleeve. I noticed it was Elysia. I smiled at her as she was asleep. I looked at my hand then summoned a mirror in front of me. I now had permanent white hair, silver eyes, and noticed a marking on my neck. It was a contract between me and Elysia.
I got out of bed and walked to the window then opened the blinds. I heard Elysia whine and roll on her other side. I looked at her and noticed her sitting up. I looked out the window. "Good morning, sleepyhead.."
"How dare you wake me up like that..? The sun is a lot brighter than the one on Earth.." Elysia whined.
"It's been a month since I've seen everyone. I believe this is a good time to explore Mistral and see what this planet has to offer. Hopefully we can find Shira and the others as well." I said.
Elysia yawned and stretched then shrunk herself into her younger form. "I desire to be pampered so help me prepare for the day."
I looked at Elysia and smiled. "Fine, you little brat.."
And thus begins a new adventure, our main goal right now was to become stronger, strong enough to beat Organization Khaos.
