Evelyn was shocked to see the house. The insides were sparkling. The insides were same colour of outsides, with different hues and tones
The front door leads to a foyer. The wooden flooring leads to an open floor plan of living, dining and kitchen. The couch was facing the hundred inch tv. In between the living and dining had a large chandelier hanging.
The walls had painting hainding in them. Painting of different landscapes.
The house had two floors. The house had a style of the nineteenth century in our world, but also small touches of modern style.
"We have to talk" he said taking there attention from the surrounding
Evelyn saw his face. He looked just like a human. But his skin was more smooth and healthy with pale colour. His eyes were light grey in colour. They were really attractive with thick eyelashes. He was tall. His face was really attractive
He looked really young, in mid or late twenties.
He led them to the living room and gestured to the couch. They took a seat.
"I could only get a house in this town, as it was much cheaper and mostly safer as the residents are less here." He said
"If you want to change, i will look for another house"
This is more than enough" Evelyn said
Most of us do not reside here as it is considered one of the poorest towns in this world, so you don't have to worry if you came across any one of us."
"Poorest?" Ryan asked in disbelief
"You may not know, this is a poorest town"
"If this is poor, then i can't even imagine what is rich" Aaron said
In our world, this would have been considered a wealthy town" Evelyn said
"It's different here." He said
"How about the rent?" Evelyn asked, afraid about the coat in here.
Neil had said to them that they too use money just like them. So he had given more than enough to them.
"You don't have to worry about it. It's one of my houses. But we have to talk about money things in here"
"You have money from your world, right?
"Yes" Evelyn said. She doesn't know how things work in here
"You can give me that money and I will exchange it for money from here."
But how' she thought. Confusion was all written on her face. How can he change money?
Reading her mind he continued "Some humans also live here, so when they came first they exchange their weath or possessions to money
Human lives here" Aaron shouted in utter shockness
