Still, Tung Yang was still quite different from Shang Han because he was getting frailer as he got older. As such, he had long forfeited in continuing on with training his abilities and enhancing his powers. He felt that there was no point in training further if he was going to die soon.

That was why the most training he did was to maintain his powers. He spent most of his time handling the governance of Eastern Region.

Qin Feng knew that after he had slain the Glutton Leviathan, the entire geopolitics of East Sea City and the ecosystem of the Abyssal Ocean would change drastically. Hence, it was quite understandable that Tung Yang wanted to meet him.

"Certainly. But may I request that he wait for a moment. Just half a day will do. I need to settle the Glutton Leviathan first."

"Oh, okay. I'll let the regent know."

Thus, He Jia got into contact with Tung Yang.

As the two of them were on a call, Qin Feng had already ordered the Glutton puppet to move toward the dock. The monster's presence was so powerful and terrifying that the onlookers felt a lingering terror creeping out from the depths of their souls when they looked at it.

A C-tier gulped down his saliva as he looked at the gigantic beast moving to the dock from a deep-sea vessel. When the B-tier next to him saw it, despite knowing that it was already under the control of Dark Puppeteering, he still could not help but feel frightened.

He was so horrified that he would do anything to prove his innocence. Of course, that C-tier would probably be skinned alive too after this.

After comforting the deep-sea vessel's ability users, Qin Feng decided to not have the Glutton puppet dock to the port anymore. Instead, he asked Zhang Geng to help him to arrange an open water area to "park" the beast.

This would benefit him and the Fengli Organization too because this would also allow Guo Guan bringing in people to remodel equipment to make use of the space as a temporary warehouse.

Of course, Zhang Geng did not see any reason to refuse this request. As such, he helped Qin Feng to secure a place right away. He was very quick in contacting the port's authorities and logistics, fearing that if he acted any slower he might offend Qin Feng.

A short while later, the now puppeteered Glutton Leviathan was now resting calmly at its own spot.

Suddenly, a dimensional portal appeared in the sky. The Fengli Dweller then flew out of the portal, bringing Guo Guan and his men, and a large amount of materials, to East Sea City.

Seeing that the aircraft had arrived, Qin Feng brought Yu Yangtao onboard Fengli Dweller. Seeing this, He Jia quickly informed Qin Feng that Tung Yang was going to come meet him soon.

"I see. Alright, noted. I will meet Regent Tung later. I've got to handle a few matters at hand first. See you around."

"Ah! Alright. We'll see you later, Governor Qin!"

As she watched Qin Feng leave, He Jia felt that they seemed to come from two completely different worlds.

Guo Guan and Qin Feng immediately got down to business.

Previously, Qin Feng had controlled a lot of beast puppets during the opening of the Far Woodland Rift at Beihua City.

However, the undead puppet would continuously consume Qin Feng's conscious power. Once he withdrew his consciousness, the puppet would immediately turn into a wasted carcass and no longer be usable.

Some dark ability users did work on how to preserve the corpse, such as using a coffin or other means to protect the corpse. However, Qin Feng did not need to and would not go into that route.

As powerful as he was, studying those would just be a waste of time.

Qin Feng first opened up the Glutton's skull. With a robotic arm, Guo Guan then dropped a ball of around five meters in diameter into it.

The ball was decorated by silver streams that flashed periodically. It had future technology written all over it. It hovered inside the head and replaced the monster's brain. Qin Feng then infused his consciousness into it and kept his aura in it.

Then, he cut off his consciousness but the undead Glutton did not collapse. It held up perfectly.

"We made it!" Guo Guan was excited. Once passing the first step, Guo Guan could foresee another behemoth that was going to be born in his hands.

"Great! You may start retrofitting it now. I'm going to go shower first. The regent of the east shore might be here later."

"Don't worry, President."

Nevertheless, knowing that the "thing" in front of them was not a beast did little to help their situation.

The machine was an overwhelming titan in the sea. The Deep-sea Feng Li was timid in comparison to it.

"Hi, Mr. Bai! I find it rather intriguing. Since when did the Deep-sea Feng Li become your property? You said you wanted to show me how powerful your vessel is?"

Apparently, Bai Wei's words from earlier had been heard and the other side was mocking him with it.

Bai Wei could not say anything to rebut.

It was not difficult to fathom how powerful such a giant machine was. Though the Deep-sea Feng Li was not any random submarine, it was useless in front of the Glutton.

Thus, after He Jia had left, Bai Wei hijacked the Deep-sea Feng Li and killed the C-tier on board. He then sailed the vessel into the open sea. He even planned to dock in another board and completely alter the vessel's outlook there.

But the power source left inside the tank was still plenty. Bai Wei thought to put it into good use and began to hunt immediately. Because of how easy it was to capture prey; they had been doing it for five straight days. That was why none of them received the news that Qin Feng had returned three days ago.

Qin Feng continued, "Alright. The charges would be 100 billion per day. The sum is 600 billion. Please transfer now."

"What? 600 billion!? Are you kidding me!" Bai Wei was enraged.

"Too expensive? Then scram! I am taking it back now." Qin Feng reprimanded Bai Wei.

Chapter 681: A Painful Lesson

Wandering without a vessel in the middle of the Abyssal Ocean was no different from suicide. Even a B-tier would not survive long in this merciless sea, let alone the C-tiers.

Qin Feng explained, "Now that you have understood the scale of our organization, don't you think we can invent and manufacture better vessels in the future?"

The moment they breached, a pair of flaming wings exploded from this figure's back and carried him high into the sky, overlooking the waters below!

The chain was pulled up and the bait left the sea!

The Drill Marlins seemed to have sensed that something was wrong and one by one lept out from the sea. The sharp beak-like appendage at the end of their snouts were extremely sharp, as if they could pierce the heavens!

Plap!

A Drill Marlin jabbed into that piece of meat and dropped into the sea with its spoil.

Other Drill Marlins swam over to enjoy this morsel.

Since this moment, the originally calm sea was stirred into a whirlpool. A large column of water gushed out and sent a marlin soaring into the air!

"There's a lot of precious ancient coral at the edge of the area down there. If we can collect them we'd surely be able to turn a profit!"

"Yeah but there's no such thing as a milk run!"

However, a few days later the deep-sea vessels that were manufactured by the Fengli Organization received a huge amount of praise. Many people ordered them, even some Dark Coalition members sent their orders incognito. The prospects of going out to sea had changed. Nobody could truly know who was who. There were even some reports of people saying that they ended up getting robbed by the Dark Coalition's people!

Through this, East Sea City's deep-sea vessel scene had completely changed.

But of course this was due to that hidden rough undercurrent sweeping through, invisible to the naked eye!

It was like a mirror, lying flatly at the bottom of the ocean and that piece of land drilled its way out bit by bit from the crack as it joined the deep ocean.

This event was something that nobody could find an explanation for.

It was not clear if it was either soil or some kind of energy crystal that began to violently gush out, causing changes within the ocean. For a while,the ocean floor was a soup of chaotic energy.

This land mass continued to gather and it seemed to be breaking apart the sea bed by thousands to tens of thousands of kilometers.

The sea water was pushed aside and the sea beasts felt a sudden change in their environment. Some fled the area while some approached it. It had become a scene of pure chaos.

As the sea was violently moved, waves gathered up and formed into a massive tsunami headed for East Sea City!

This was a B-tier sea beast from the deep sea. It had a powerfully destructive presence in the coastline, all of the C-tiers were going to die.

It violently slammed itself into the side of the vessel before twisting its body, opening its maw and crunching down onto the deep-sea vessel's hull.

The deep-sea vessel either no longer had power or everyone inside it had died and did not release their energy shield.

As such, a chunk of it was ripped out by the Devil Shark.

A few corpses began to float out into the sea and this scene enraged every aptitude user that saw it.

Even though everyone in that submarine was dead, the aptitude users saw the sea beast snuff out those people's final hope and found that unforgivable.

"Kill that thing!" Zhang Geng yelled.

It was at this moment when a beam of darkness pierced through the protective cover!

It instantly enveloped the Devil Shark and when it started to thrash about it struggles gradually got weaker and weaker, its strength ebbing away as its flesh dissolved and all that remained was a skeleton.
