"Ophelia, listen," Orion said gently. "I don't know how to start, actually. I'm still quiet overwhelmed because I never thought that what I believed—what we believed was not the truth all along. This is a big news for us, so bare with me, all right? You don't have to say anything or believe it right away. What I'm asking you to do is just to listen. Would you mind?"
I was not able to say anything. I could not say anything.
"But first, are you feeling all right now? You are not hurting anymore?"
"No, I'm fine," I said almost mutely.
"Well, then, let me start this revelation," he said and breathed. "Earlier, when we were still in the River of Flames, I saw your wrist. There was a bithmark glowing. You might be confused as to where did you get that birthmark... but take a look at this." He rolled his cuff up to his forearm and showed me his wrist.
I was surprised when I saw the exact birthmark on the exact part of his wrist.
