Dirga doesn't fully meet Mekar. He had returned to L-03 when Wisnu's funeral began, and he conveyed what Kendari had ordered him. When Edwin heard Kendari's request through the Dirga, the young man nodded, confirming what Kendari had said. "Yes, it's true that I'm the only one who can enter the cave besides Mentari and Langit."
Edwin knew this after trying several times to recall all of his memories with Mentari. He knew that the woman had done whatever it took to save Mekar, and it was obvious that she jumped into the battle knowing she would have found all the solutions if she lost.
