I wanted to just go home this instant! Sob.
After taking Sahana from that bastard, I put him to bed and tend to him.
But hearing him about who's that bastard I punched earlier, makes me wanna hit my head hard to the next wall.
In between Sahana's cries, he told me that it was his Master. The master he intended me to meet.
But punching him for insulting me and bullying him is only fair.
The thing is, he is Sahana's master. The strongest magician, as he speak.
"To dare hit him in the face, Milady.." Sahana's sob became louder.
My guilt is eating my life span away, that I wanted to cry too.
"Well, he d-deserve it!" I tried to reason out.
Sahana look at me with those tears. "I, I wasn't expecting for you to be a lady who could hit the Master."
There's a doubt in his voice.
I look at my hand that punch him. I felt it, that punch was weak compare to his size, it even hurt my hand.
"But he deserved it. Even if he is your master, making you kneel and insulting me is not the proper way of greeting as well."
Sahana sob again, it's irritating that between the two of us, he the man, huge man to be exact crying, and me comforting him.
"Are you feeling well now?"
"Since my mana is slowly building up, I will be fine in no time. Does your hand hurt?" He ask and take my hand to check.
It's obvious that my hand really was hurt. The small bruises on each fingers are clear. I sigh. "I have to apologize to him. But how did we come here?"
I don't have any memories of how I got here, because I collapse the moment we've met those three idiots.
"My colleague took us here."
"Colleague huh?" I ask in sarcasm.
"Master has forbidden us from going out, I mean, going to your world. So I was being punished."
"Were you desperate of going out?" My curiousity is being aroused here.
"Yeah, I have my reasons to do so." He said and hung his head low. "Though I can't comprehend it yet, please stay with us for the mean time."
"For how long should I stay here? I have my friends waiting for me to go home. And Shane, is probably worried now." Remembering how Shane would panic if she found out that I suddenly disappear.
No one would be able to find me since I am here as what Sahana said, in a 'different world'.
"I'll do everything I can to protect you while you are here with us."
The sincerity in his voice is real. I smiled at him. It feels like talking to my long lost brother. Though, I can't remember having one.
I took my time walking around this weird Black magic tower as they called. Looking up it's very tall that I can't clearly see the top of the tower.
There are few windows, but all of them are closed. Sahana said that most of the magicians are busy creating stuff, like magic things that for sure I won't understand.
I came here without knowing it. In short, Sahana abducted me. But as he said that he'll do everything to protect me while I am here is a bit reassuring.
I dunno what's with him that I feel so comfortable. Discussing stuffs that I don't know. Helping me in some way to atleast adjust my sorrounding.
And it's been three days since I got here. And I haven't seen his Master since that little 'incident'.
I wanted to talk to him for a formal apologies. It was his fault, but hitting him in the face was rude. As what Sahana said.
It seems like he respect his master the most. Though it's not interesting to know the reason behind it.
I saw this place already, but it still amazes me. The different colors of every flower makes it unique for my eyes.
"Flowers are really beautiful." I mumble to myself and stare at this weird flower. This one has the smallest number. So maybe, growing this kind is difficult.
"So beautiful."
I raise my hand to touch it but got stunned when I heard that irritating yet, familiar voice.
"If I were you, I woudn't dare touching that flower."
"Well, if dying is the result of touching that flower, then be oblige." I talk back as I roll my eyes.
Wow, he really is tall! That, is what I am thinking when I finally got to face him.
This will be my first time seeing him after that incident few days ago.
He slowly bend down and chuckle at my face!
This is really annoying the shit out of me!
"Quite a small physique." He said and scan me whole. "Yet dared to hit me with that small fists of yours."
I clear my throat before answering him. But he didn't even give me a chance to do so!
"I should punish you for hitting this face." He said while holding the area where I punched him.
I know for sure that, that didn't hurt him at all. There is no evedince to be seen too!
I raise an eyebrow and look at him with feirce. "You are really rude."
"In which part I became rude?"
Is he, is he mocking me?! This bastard!
Should I punch him again to get his senses back?!
"From the bottom to top, you are rude. Nothing but rude. I wonder what kind of air you are breathing."
"The same air you are breathing. Are you an idiot. How can I breathe different air from you?" Telling me this is really annoying and with him chuckling at me!
Grr..
The last nerve really is about to explode. Should I hit him again? This time he has to get hurt.
Well, I have to calm down. I should be the one who has a larger patience here.
"Well, good for you." Is what I only said and started walking away from him. I don't wanna get into trouble again, coz if I do, I will only hear Sahana's speeches.
"You wouldn't survive here."
He said that make me stop from walking away.
"You won't make it alive until Sahana gets prepared to get you back to your own world."
I look back at him. I can't see his expressions after saying those words.
"What do you mean by that?"
"I meant what I said."
I was taken back of what he said. Sahana promised me he'll do everything to take me back home. But what is this bastard spouting?!
"You... you really enjoy spoiling someone else's happiness right?" instead I ask him.
He laugh.
He really laughed at me. "Sahana is too weak to create another dimensional gate. It's not that I ruined your walk time, I just wanted you to know..." He slowly walk forward.
Heading his way to me. He raised both of his hand. I was just trying to be on guard incase he'll hit me but what he did stunned me.
Putting those big hands in both of my shoulders.
"You will be staying here, if I say so.." He whisper to my ear.
He even bend down just to tell me that. My eyes followed his steps when he left first.
I couldn't believe what happened. Was he threatening me, using that voice of him?
And what's unbelievable is when his palms touch my shoulders. There was something weird.
But my mood suddenly changed. How the hell he could say all those words infront of me?! Acting all so cool. As if he got all the influence!
"You bastard!" I scream as I clench both my fists. " I really should have just punch you again!"
He was smiling to himself when he saw the outrageous reaction that lady shown. What intrigue him is that lady didn't even got scared of him when they first met.
He was punishing Sahana, one of his followers for disobeying him. But got surprise when that lady interferred. He didn't have much time to deal with another person, but got punched on the face instead.
'How insolent.' He thought as he was touching his face, the area where that lady punched, to bs exact.
She didn't even bat an eye when he looks down on her, instead fight back with all her guts.
'Are all ladies from her world like that?'
No, he shook his head and entered his room.
It's been three days already when that happened. He was just wondering why he didn't punish the lady for laying a hand on him.
Instead, he let her stay in his tower. Was that too impulsive of him?
The answer is no. He just wanted to know until when can Sahana create the dimensional gate to get the lady out from their world.
She woudn't survive this world.
He stayed near his closed window where he can clearly see the lady kicking it's small feet on the ground.
Clenched fists as if ready to hit someone again.
He laugh slowly.
She got provoked by him, better be ready to get annoyed next time.
His thoughts stops from there. Why is he looking forward to annoy that lady again? Why must he look forward to see those crazy facial expressions she's showing when she's annoyed.
'hmmm...'
What was Sahana talking about this lady that could help him?
What's with that lady?
"Sahana, will you beat me if I beat your master again?"
Sahana got stunned and look at me obliviously.
"Milady...."
"He really is annoying, you know that?"
That's what I first said when I saw him in one of the rooms of this tall tower. I scan the area, and books are everywhere.
"Milady, you shouldn't do that, I beg of you!" He loot at me with those teary eyes.
Hah, I don't really understand why Sahana would be worried if I hit that jerk again.
Oh, I remember! "What happened to the theree idiots?"
Sahana's eyes suddenly change from being teary to confuse. "Three idiots?"
"Oh.." I laugh at what I said. "I mean about the three people we met before coming here.?" I was still laughing while asking him.
"They are not idiots Milady! They are my acquaintances before I went out to your world. And they are currently at work as of now."
"Acquaintances, hmm. They seemed rude to you last time, anyway, I met your master earlier."
With my last words, Sahana drop the books he was carrying. He walk fast to reach and hold both of my hands. "You didn't punch him again right, Milady?" He was exaggerating now.
I gave him a thrilling look, then laugh. "Hehe what do you mean by that?"
He really gasp so bad that it looks like he was out of breath. "Milady!"
Seeing him reacted that way reminds me of Ellis. "Wow, you look like you are about to hit me."
"No, How can I..? More importantly, let me know what happened when you met with my master?"
I don't have a choice but to tell him what happened earlier. Well, he looked like he really was dying to know whether I punch his master or not.
And he was even thankful that I didn't do anything to hit his master. Sighing of relief.
"Then what is that dimensional gate your master mentioned?"
"That's the gate that connects's this world to your world Milady. And I honestly were able to create one by accident."
"By accident?" I ask curiously
He nodded his head and sigh.
Sahana is way too good looking to be sighing like that.
"It was an accident that I barely made it back alive, for us mana consumer, we won't survive in your wolrd without magic."
"Then how did you? How long have you been staying there at the forest? And you were at the backyard of my house as well!"
"It was of my desperation to bring someone who could help us with our Master's condition. And the only answer was going to see it by my own eyes, I accidentally opened the dimensional gate that I can't remember about how'd I opened one. I live to your world for a few years." He suddenly stops and look at me. "I stayed in that forest where you see me in the body of a weird treye. I was so low of mana back then that I was about to die."
"And what those things has got to do with me?" He might have said a lot. But that didn't answer my question.
"You were the only one that felt my magic back then. And because of that your soul became curious of my presence that you were able to see me through the light. Though I can't explain it to, but you seeing me in that dream helped me with my deteriorating mana."
"I didn't quite understand you, so you are telling me, you have been in that forest for a few years already, and it was only me, who were able to see you? And by the dream you mentione, what's with the guillotine..." I stop heresay and continue. "Yes, the guillotine. What was that all about?"
"A guillotine..." He said repeatedly. "A guillotine." He look away and sigh. There it is, those eyes full of sadness again!
"Sahana..?" I move closer to look at his eyes, but he just evaded.
"I will try to ---" Sahana was unable to finish what he was about to talk when someone opened the door with so much force.
"Sir Sahana, the Master is calling for you." That was rude.
I roll my eyes and look at Sahana. "Very well." Sahana answered and look at me. "I have to get going. Let's talk some other time. And one more thing, don't go wander further the tower Milady."
I nodded as an answer and smile at him.
I'm getting more curious as to why Sahana did that. But I think he was willing to answer my every question if only not for that master of him.
"I must head back to my room." Milady.
I stop my pace and look at the man who intruded my talk with Sahana.
"Let ms accompany you."
"And who are you?"
"Please call me, Dave Milady."
I just gave him a nod and leave in an instant. I have a bad feeling about Sahana meeting his Master all by himself. Maybe going with him will be a good idea... or maybe not.
