Immediately they reached the hospital room.
"What did you tell dad?" Fiend asks while walking towards her bed to lie down.
"It is not of utmost importance." Theo answers while adjusting his round glasses.
"Oh really, just tell me." Fiend says to me, sitting down properly on the bed.
"I just... ummm told him that I agree with the marriage." he says looking at her.
"If that's what you are saying then, what was in the paper???"
"Just our family picture." he says smiling brightly.
"I told him that if mum don't agree to the wedding being on Saturday, he should show her the picture." He continues.
"And how would a family picture change her mind?" I ask him.
"Oh it will, mum loves me a lot.... so I drew a picture of our family, with mum in a wedding dress and dad in a suit while the both of us were sitting."
"Surely that's how it will be but what makes you think because of this she will agree to the date being on Saturday?" I ask him seriously, I didn't know my brother will be this smart.
"Oh that. It's easy I wrote Saturday on the drawing." he said with a shrug.
"Mum usually does what I want her to except when I ask for sweet and ice cream, she is usually stingy." he says with a pout, which made me laugh but right now I was very tired, so I just lay properly on the bed facing him.
"I see that mum really dotes on you." i tell him admiring the way his small lips moved to answer me.
"Yeah she really do but don't worry, she will dote on you too, after all she always carried me here since I was little." he sighs.
Back in the office
Adeline pushes him away breaking the kiss. She refused to give in
"First tell me, why you would do something like that, uhn?" she asks sighing and folding her arms.
"I am sorry, alright. Please forgive this useless husband of yours."
"Sure I will forgive you but I won't agree to that date." she says taking a sit on his desk."
"It's not a problem, if you decide not to agree but you won't want to make your baby bear sulk, right??" he said relaxing on the desk.
"What do you mean??"
"What do you think I mean??"
"I don't think you are in the right position to threaten me with my son." she says facing him.
"Oh I am not but your son is right??" he asked
"Of course, he is my baby bear not you, instead you are my boo bear."
She says pinching his cheek.
"Great, so your baby bear is threatening you." he says dragging his face away from her fingers.
"How??" she asks
"Oh I will tell you how." he says. Stretching his hands towards the paper that Theo gave to him, turning it around he shows her.
"Your baby bear drew a picture..."
Author- "let me explain the picture myself."
Shane - "hmph 😤, every time you like to show yourself, go on then.."
Author - "that is because I am more capable."
The paper had a drawing of Adeline with her wedding dress, Shane in his suit, then Theo and Fiend sitting down, just like what Theo had said to Fiend.
There was an encryption there which read on Saturday.
Then down the paper was another drawing of Theo, crying. There was also an encryption that read: Not on Saturday.
Understanding the picture, tears roll from her eyes. Though Theo talk a lot, it was only with the people he was familiar with.
Ever since that accident he has not been sleeping well. When he was a baby, she did not know what always happened that made him cry at night.
Untill they had to check him while he was sleeping.
