MALACHAI
I went back to our room slowly, trying to better process what I had just heard. In a way, it did make sense. Of course not, who am I kidding?
I walked into an empty room, "Morgan?" I called thinking she was in the shower but there was no water running. There was a piece of paper on the bedside table and when I picked it up I was devastated.
I ran out and mind linked all the guards, "The Onkire is missing, find her now! Look for her like your lives depend on it!" I searched around the castle but couldn't find her, I don't know how but even her scent was distorted. Everywhere and nowhere.
I walked into my parents old wing. I hadn't been here since that God awful day and that's when I noticed that the tower doors were open.
I ran up the winding staircase until I reached a locked door but the sobs coming from behind it were loud and clear. "Morgan, baby open the door so we can talk about this, please,"
"There's nothing to talk about," her broken voice came muffled through the door. I kicked it down and saw her standing on the ledge. Everything seemed to be in slow motion. I tried to get to her as fast as possible but she leaned back and I only brushes her fingertips. "No! Morgan!!" I screamed as I watched her body free fall from the highest point of the castle.
Just before her body made contact with the ground something caught her. I had seen only glimpses of it everywhere she went but enough times to know who it was. The man who was made of solid shadows set her down and disappeared. I zoomed out if the castle to where she was sitting balling her eyes out. "Damnit Chirp!" She yelled, I pulled her into my arms as she sobbed. "Please, just let me die it's the only way I'll see them again, it's the only way I can apologize."
I turned her to me, "who do you need to apologize to princess?" Her face was pink and her eyes were blood shot. "He, no they killed them, those monsters murdered my parents and showed me their heads as proof," there were audible gasps. A number of people looked at her as though they could feel her pain.
All I could do was hold her as she cried until eventually falling asleep. I carried her back to the castle and Cassie instructed that all high point windows be sealed until further notice. She also called the best psychiatrist in the city.
She had been through too much lately, and this all started because she was plunged into the supernatural without warning. She was fat too delicate for this world, she always had been and maybe that's why she was sent away. The world we lived in wasn't kind. It was necessary, but the mste bond made me feel otherwise and drenched my nonexistent conscience in guilt.
Maybe I could send her away, to one of the human villages so she could be safe and protected. I'd make sure of it, at least until I had properly dealt with the threat that was Demetre then after I could bring her back. It was the logical thing to do, but I was way too selfish to even go through with it.

I couldn't take the guilt anymore, my parents were dead and it was my fault. I had woken up a while ago and when I tried to leave my room the guards stopped me. That's right, the only wing in the castle that wasn't guarded now was. King's orders they said.
And now, there were servants too. I wasn't allowed to leave my room without an escort or go anywhere for that matter. I wanted to be angry but could I blame him? I mean his mate just jumped out of a tower window. I would be dead if Allejo also called chirp hadn't saved me. Yes, chirp was actually some supernatural entity and my guess was he had been watching over me. I should be shocked but part of me wasn't, I mean he was a bird who stayed there longer than needed and actually came home with me more often than not. I guess I was just holding on to the thought that something in my life remained untouched by the supernatural.
I sat on the couch while eating strawberries covered in chocolate. I may be a prison of my room but it had perks. I was halfway done with my second plate when Kai walked in with Cassie on his heels. "Tell her or I will," he threatened.
I looked between them as Cassie sighed. She sat next to me and held my hand, "Morgan, I need you to keep an open mind but there way things are looking you need to know the truth, well at least the bit I'm allowed to tell you."
"I didn't find you unconscious in the forest, you were sent here and I snuck you out without anyone knowing because-" she stopped talking and looked behind me as though there was someone there but there wasn't. She hung her head low and said, "it's not my story to tell. You'll find out soon enough, when the time's right."
VALENTINO
I walked aimlessly through the forest trying to get my head together, I hadn't sated myself in a while and now I was giving into that disgusting part of me. As I hiked on the first thing I noticed was a scent so intoxicating it drove my senses into a frenzy and I followed that scent which led me to a female bathing in the lake and as soon as I saw her my vision bled red. My wife had tried her best to curb my ungodly appetite towards other breed but that couks only keep me sane for so long. I walked towards her as quietly as I could but she noticed me in seconds, that's the thing about witches.
"Do you realize it's rude to stare of are you just starved and perverted?" she asked me, I didn't say anything to her but just kept walking it was moments like this that haunted me the most; when my body was not my own but I had to watch and remember it all. She walked out of the lake unashamed, her body for anyone who passed by to see. Her face was angelic and her body was well a temptation to say the least.
I released my aura and she too like the others fell into the Same trance walking towards the cause of their pending doom. She stood before me in all her naked glory and like the man I was I decided to have my way with her before truly sating myself. I placed my lips on hers and she made no move to retaliate, how could she when I was basically an Incubus?
She gave into the kiss and all that time I spent away from women got the best of me, I grabbed her voluptuous behind in my hands and held her closer against me if that was even possible. The nameless woman moaned, I broke from her lips and proceeded to her neck kissing and nibbling until I reached the shell of her ear which when I licked she shivered; I took one hand away from her backside and placed it on her breast, squeezing and rubbing her hard bud to which she gasped and moaned earning a smile from me.
My hand glided down until that scared place for all men and I was pleased to find her dripping with arousal, I shoved one finger inside her no where near as gentle as I should be but she didn't seem to mind at all and so I placed another inside her making her moans develop into screams. I broke away from her neck and looked her dead in the eyes, sucking my aura back in allowing her to get back to her senses. She stared at me no doubt seeing my other face and she screamed as expected but couldn't move, "I'd have let you stay in a blissful mess my dear, but I love it when my prey are filled with fear," I said and drove my free hand into her chest cavity and did the same with the other. She screamed in agony and begged me to stop but where was the fun in that?
My hands snapped every rib in the opposite direction and she was dead because of utter terror. I threw her body to the ground and began to gorge myself on her insides sloppily. When I was done I returned to my senses and a fresh coat of guilt and disgust was painted on to me, would there ever be an end to this?
No there wouldn't until I finished what I had started so long ago and maybe my father would over look my deeds and let his son come home. I resumed my walk through the forest until dusk began to approach; as I neared a clearing I saw it, it still baffled me how something so magnificent, something that stood for centuries was reduced to a pile of rubble.

MORGAN
it had been months and everything seemed to be okay. Kai and I were happier than we could ever be and I was so glad he didn't send me away. He told me that he planned on sending me to one of the human villages where I could be safe until he dealt with Dean and his pack of wild dogs but i threw a tantrum and begged him to stay.
Now I was to be presented to the supernatural council as the next Onkire. They had agreed to it not only because I was kai's fated mate, but also cause they didn't want the possibility of the one that shall not be named taking me again. If he tried anything, it would be a direct act of war and of he was smart he wouldn't. It would be three kingdoms against one.
I had finally managed to escape from Cassie and Mia. I think they tended to forget that I was human because I was exhausted with all that dress picking. You heard right, I was being fitted for my official introduction to the kingdom as future Onkire. In one week. I was nervous, hell I was terrified. What would they think of me, a human queen?
I was going through kai's bookshelf for something to read when something small and shiny fell to the floor. A locket, my locket. I had even forgotten about it in the midst of all the drama. It felt good to have it back. I noticed that it had opened a little from the fall maybe and laughed at myself. I never even thought it could open.
Maybe I would put a picture of my friends and I in here. I opened it and forgot how to breathe. There were two pictures in it, in both of then was a younger me and people I didn't know at all. Could they be- "they're exactly who you think they are."
I whirled around and was met face to face with Lina. "Where have you been?" I asked her feeling tears sting my eyes, I could have really used her during all they shitty moments but at least she was here now.
"I think it's time you learnt the truth Morgan, as much as I'm able to reveal anyway," I thought about that day when Cassie almost told me but suddenly backed out. Smoke rose around us and in the next few seconds we were in a place I recognized from my dream. "We're in the north west border of the ghoul and vampire capitals. This is the part that's forbidden to come near and for good reason."
We walked and she spoke withe listening like a good girl. "The reason no one is allowed here is because there is something here that should best be left alone."
This was the same place as in my dream. We walked until we reached the cave but instead of turning towards the general's bodies we went the other way and what I saw knocked all the wind out of my lungs.
There was another cave but this one had glowing red metal bars at it's entrance but it was what I saw when we went closer that made the blood in my veins freeze. There in the centre of the cave was a woman's silhouette only that she was bound by huge golden chains at her hands and feet, I turned to Lina who stared back at the figure, "What is this?"
She sighed, "That is you, or rather the part of you sealed away," she said simply, I did a double take, and upon noticing this she began to explain, "Someone had sealed away you magic until you were old enough to control it and for other reasons I cannot disclose at the moment." "It was contained here where no one could ever find it except you,"
My eyes went back to the chained silhouette and that's when I felt the pull between us, it was faint but you couldn't miss it if you paid attention, "who sealed my magic away?" I asked her and she just looked at me as if contemplating whether or not to answer my question, "who sealed my magic away?" I asked her again this time my voice went a little her and she sighed in defeat, " the person who sealed your magic away was you mother."
I felt like the wind was knocked out of my lungs, my mother? but how? "There are things I cannot say at the moment but will be revealed to you in time for now, you can either merge with the witch side of you or choose to leave this place, but think about it carefully; if you took your power back you'd finally know who you are and also be able to avenge the death of your deceased family but it's entirely up to you. I cannot tell you what to do."
Lina looked at me and the hint of sadness in her eyes was visible, I faced the chained silhouette once more and made my decision. When I touched the bars they practically burned my hands making me hiss in pain, "you have to prove a blood relation ," she said to me and pointed and pointed at a few sharp edged rocks, I took one and slit right across my palm and held the bar again, burning myself once more.
The bars lost their glow and faded into thin air, I walked in and she stood up with much difficulty no doubt because the heavy chains were weighing her down. The chains clattered in protest as she walked to me as well, I turned go my companion. "Is that you, is that... us?"
She smiled, "yes, we don't look exactly alike only because I'm a manifestation of your subconscious. I am you and you are me."
We stood toe to toe and the pull between us was so strong I could feel her wrap around me, she lifted a shadowy hand and I did the same and noticed a glowing sigil in the palm of her hand it glowed brighter the closer we came and when our fingers made contact I felt a jolt of electrical current course through me and the chains holding her back shattered. Something started invade my mind, body and soul making itself one with me, intertwining it's energy with mine. The silhouette started to fade as my body started to glow with the ferocity of Greek fire, there was a a blinding light and everything went dark in the same split second.
