The silence that overtook them as they drove in the car was deafening to the extent that even Devile thought that there was a problem. He became uncomfortable with it but still, he didn't know how to initiate the conversation. Though Hermes wasn't the type to talk a lot, he felt awkward that his silence was maybe related to what happened at Havilla palace.
Devile glanced at him as he lay with his eyes closed on the reclined seat. He was wondering about what was going on in Hermes' mind and if he was truly sleeping as he portrayed himself to be.
"If you have anything to say to me, you can say it without staring at me like that," said Hermes to his brother, Devile with his eyes still closed. So he wasn't sleeping after all, yet he was acting so dramatic.
"I should be the one telling you that. You are acting so worked up. Is there anything bothering you?" Devile asked him, glancing at him and still turning his attention back to the road.
