On her way back home, Margaret decided to stop by a place in order to collect something. As she waited outside, a man came to her window and handed her a brown envelope and a sly smile etched on her face.
"Thank you," she told him before turning towards her driver and telling him to drive. The envelope which she had just collected pertained to the undertaking that the Maiden, Amanda, was meant to sign after catching her(the queen) having an illicit affair.
Margaret wanted to handle everything once and for all -- she wanted to be sure that the only matter that would be taking her strength and energy was that of Mira. If she succeeds in putting the maiden in her place, then she would be able to concentrate on the more difficult task ahead. She felt somewhat proud of herself that she was going to handle two heavy matters at the same time -- one of which she was sure that she would succeed in handling and the other, well she was going to see how that one would go.
