It took a long while before Natasha decided to tell him. This was not the time to go about procrastinating something that could be done now. She decided to tell him the truth so she would tell him everything that was needed to know no matter what it was.
Joel waited hoping to be told the truth. After what he had heard, although he didn't see it, he was ready to hear anything. However bizarre it was sound or be.
"He is the Reaper," she said, finally coming clean. She could trust him so she would tell him everything. He would be the head of the Wallaces very soon so knowing everything was his right.
