Note: this is a past chapter ( not filler, it's canon), it doesn't focus on the current timeline of the story, reading this chapter won't be mandatory for the understanding of the story, but I would recommend this chapter for a more preferable experience, the choice is yours.
"Wake up, Sanders!", Dovmencar yells, "you've been stuck in that abomination for so goddamn long!".
Sanders is still in denial, no person would answer him back, especially if he's dead.
Dovmencar then punches a hole through the ASTO machinery, without the source of its power, it'll stop functioning
"Wake up, you fucker!", Dovmencar yells.
"What?", Sanders asks, "I haven't woken up yet?".
"You've been stuck in that Foresight Transmission sequence for a whole day, I doubt that you've got any thing left in you", Dovmencar says.
"Nah, I don't see any blood, I should be fine", Sanders says.
Sanders tries to get up from his chair, but he immediately collapses, it's probable that this resulted from internal bleeding.
Even through thick and thin, he still managed to survive the pain that was inflicted by that man, but who is he?
Back At Neo-Geisters' Warehouse ( Main Base ), 8 Years Ago…
"So that's it, nothing more, nothing less", Sanders says.
"This Foresight Transmission Sequence is quite the phenomenon, but I doubt that it still functions till this day, right?", Aiden asks.
"Correct, but it's ensured that Sanders will have to go through that sequence eventually, be it that it's during the near future or during the next couple of decades or even centuries", Carla says, "no matter how long it takes, no matter what it takes, no matter the hell that he might go through, the sequence never lies".
Wyatt and Aiden have tied both Carla and Sanders to a concrete pillar, with their arms raised over their heads.
All that was required to capture the both of them was a sturdy piece of rope, but it all seems a little too easy, don't you think?
The idea of recruiting both Carla and Sanders just seems a bit troubling for Aiden, but Wyatt sees no flaws in his previous decision.
Wyatt then cautiously walks towards the elephant within the room, it was Adam's limb.
"Woah woah wait", Sanders says, "what are you doing?!".
"It's calling me", Wyatt says, "I just need to pick up the phone and answer it".
Sanders then laughs, "my future captain just started hallucinating, cmon", Sanders says in a whiny tone, "you've got to be better, have the captains lost their Midas touch?".
In the midst of these unhinged temptations, Wyatt's phone then starts ringing, which pulls him out of his hallucinations.
"Boooo, boring, I liked it better when there was trickery, especially when it happens to those I despise", Sanders says.
"Didn't you ask us to recruit you?", Aiden asks, "you've asked to turn yourself in, get too comfortable and you'll see hell early".
"No!", Sanders shouts as he points his rope-tied index finger at Aiden's assault rifle , "I must live on, I must see this divine being that appeared within the sequence, don't even think about driving that weapon of yours anywhere near me!".
Wyatt picks up his phone, despite the chaos.
He expects to hear a voice, but rather, he receives a message, one from the organization itself.
The message states the following:
Dear Devil Hunters ( Captains Wyatt and Aiden ),
I expected to face a challenge once I stepped foot within the organization's establishment, but I just faced mere physicists and those who can't even wield a weapon.
I'd assume that you all left for your special 'mission' at our main base, but little did you know…that isn't even our main base at all.
Our main base is under your beautifully built organization, but you might be asking, why would I reveal our location?
Well, It's either now or never, we're utilizing all our trump cards now!
When I entered the 'Vigilante Section', all the cells were empty, all but one.
Inside that cell was a pair of young teenagers.
You'd never lock up teenagers, meaning that they must be quite important.
Face me or face the consequences of your ignorance!
Sincerely, Belya'al
Back At The UN's Headquarters
"Listen, I don't know who you are, but I'll have to end this the hard way", Alastor says.
"Enough with your cliche catchphrases, come at me!", Elias says.
Alastor then puts his hand behind his back and pulls out…a plunger.
"When I said 'come at me', I didn't mean that you'd come by my place and clean my goddamn toilet", Elias says.
In a mere nanosecond, Alastor vanishes and appears right in front of Elias while he's in his fighting stance.
Elias can't react, he just watches as a damn plunger slowly approaches him.
It was poetry in motion…
As the plunger hits Elias' abdomen area, the strike was so heavy, that it caused him to fly right out of the headquarters' rooftop.
Elias eventually lands on a car that was parked outside of the headquarters.
Elias tries to crawl off the car's rooftop and successfully gets back up to his feet.
"That's no plunger, that's a fucking truck", Elias says.
Alastor comes back outside into the headquarters' parking lot.
"This setting that was created, doesn't it remind you of a good old fighting game?", Alastor asks, "with the hallucinated crowd in the background that only run on one animation that's on repeat, I mean…Lilitu already did that".
Elias suddenly starts to cough up blood, meaning that a lung was probably punctured by one of his ribs.
"Woah, don't die on me, old man", Alastor says as he transforms the plunger into an arming blade.
Alastor then takes his blade and pushes it straight into the parking lot's asphalt flooring.
He then grabs onto both blade guards and starts revving them, kind of like revving a motorcycle, it was even producing sounds of a motorcycle.
"What are you doing?", Elias says as he's struggling to even catch his breath.
"Call one of your friends to get you a coffin, I think you'll need it", Alastor says.
The asphalt under them starts to crack and it seems that Alastor's revving is taking effect.
Alastor then pulls his blade out of the ground.
It looks like a car engine, a steel pipe has taken the place of the blade, but it's engulfed in fire and it contains molten lava within that 'pipe' itself.
Alastor then speeds up once again and approaches Elias, but Elias blocks Alastor's attack with his own personal sword.
They then enter a blade bind, where their blades push on one another with no difference between their individual strength.
A drop of molten lava drops onto Elias' skin, so he exits the blade bind and takes a quick breather.
"No time for breaks!", Alastor says.
Alastor then vanishes once again and appears right above Elias' body.
Alastor strikes the top of Elias' head with his blade's pommel.
The impact was so immense that it had caused Elias to go through the asphalt flooring, leaving only his head to be seen, with the rest of his body being stuck within the asphalt itself.
Alastor then pulls Elias' body out of the asphalt, holding him by his neck and sarcastically says, "oh please, somebody stop me!".
Alastor looks at Elias' left hand, he's still holding onto his sword.
"You've lost, let go of your sword", Alastor says, "you shouldn't have the pride to be holding onto that anymore".
Elias then stabs Alastor right in the chest with his sword.
"I don't see how you could ever think that I've already lost, this is merely the beginning", Elias says.
Elias then pulls his sword out of Alastor's chest.
Elias' sword is the Rapier, a thin and light blade particularly used during a certain fighting style, that style being historical fencing, meaning that that thrust into Alastor's chest will be extremely fatal.
"You could've gone for the heart, but you aimed for my right lung instead, why?", Alastor asks.
"It would be too easy, I like my fights to be a little longer", Elias says as he enters a historical fencing stance.
Elias then strikes the air with all his might, releasing a shockwave of force.
That shockwave completely cut Alastor's right side, all the way from his right shoulder, till the end of his fingertips.
Along with Alastor's lost limbs, the UN's headquarters was also cut in half…perfectly.
The cut was filled with brute force and strength, yet it was so intricate.
That is the art of the Rapier.
Alastor suddenly collapses onto the ground and starts screaming in excruciating pain.
"Hey, you've dropped your blade", Elias says as he stares Alastor down, "I personally think that a person can't lose if he's still holding onto his sword or weapon, not to mention, you aren't dead, so pick it up…it's not over".
