"Well, well, well!!, this is good news for me, just as I suspected, I knew it all along that all this was just fake, or should I say they don't love each other at all, well this is an opportunity for me to act fast", Diane said to herself with her hand folded.
She couldn't stop herself from smiling, she was very happy to hear this. She thought of telling Aunt Maggie this which she agreed to do.

"Taylor, I don't appreciate this regular visit, what is it this time ?".
"Would you love to hang out with me?", Taylor asked her genuinely while leaning on the wall.
"Taylor, always know your limit, you don't expect me to always hang out with you, I thought everyone in this house has a business he or she is running", Julie confronted.
"I know you are bored staying in this room all day, a hangout wouldn't harm, c'mon let's go out, I promise there isn't any alcohol attached, and I will drive, so there wouldn't be any accident on the way", he tried to persuade her.
Julie was about to agree to this but she remembered the incident of last night, one of which she met the rogue at the bar. She made up her mind to turn down the offer.
As if Taylor already knew what she was gonna say, he said, "If you turn down my offer, I'll tell everyone in the house that Damien has been hitting you".
"Is that a threatening?, we both know you wouldn't dare and of what good will it bring to you?", she said as she folded her hand. "Well, It would make you agree to my offer", he said to her while placing his hand on her shoulder.
Julie scoffed for a moment, then she said, "Hope your friends aren't gonna be included?".
"They aren't, we are heading to a Cafe this time, and it's just gonna take about two hours", he answered her while trying to act seductive.
"Just give me some minutes then". she answered briskly and immediately went in while closing the door behind her.
(A few minutes later)
Julie got dressed in the dress she had gotten yesterday. She was mesmerized by how well it fitted her, she didn't know it would look this good on her when she saw it at first time.
"Woah!!!!, I didn't know it was really this beautiful, I'm so glad I ended up getting it", Julie said as she continued admiring the dress while staring at herself in the mirror.
Julie heard a knock on the door, she took her purse with her and walked out of the closet. "Taylor is such an impatient person, well he came at the right time", she said while walking to get the door.
"Good morning ma'am, Granny requested to see you", Jasmine said to her with her head bowed down. Jasmine thought that Julie would be angry with her.
"Okay, let's go then", Julie replied.
Jasmine led the way and Julie followed. Julie noticed Jasmine strange behavior towards her. "Why that face?, Is there a problem?".
"There isn't any problem, ma, I'm sorry about last night, I had no other choice but to give the package to Sir. Damien", Jasmine opened up.
"Yeah thanks, there's no problem with that, the good thing is that it got to the right hand".
Jasmine opened the room for Julie to come in.
Granny was so happy to see her, "My sweetheart, it's you, you look more stunning than the last time I saw you". Julie sat on the bed, next to Granny, who welcomed her with open arms.
The old woman was always very cheerful and that was what Julie liked about her. Julie saw her as a different person from every other person in the mansion.
"Hope you are doing well, Granny", Julie tried to sound friendly. "Yes I am sweetheart, I wasn't happy that you didn't come to see me yesterday", Granny spoke while holding Julie's hand. "I'm sorry granny, I heard you needed a very good rest, so I decided not to disturb you", Julie made up an excuse.
"You of all people can't be disturbing me, you are my dearest sweetheart", Granny said to her sweetly.
Granny noticed the bruises on Julie's hand, Julie didn't t expect her to notice this.
"Sweetheart, what happened to your hand?", Granny asked her while drawing her hand closer and massaging the bruise softly. "I, Granny well, I had hit my hand on an object", Julie sounded very untrue.
"Jasmine dear, get me that ointment in the drawer", Granny requested.
Jasmine knew it was as a result of giving the package to Damien. Feeling very sorry, she immediately got the ointment and gave it to Granny.
Granny applied it on Julie's hand like a mother would do to her child. While applying it, she said, "This reminds me of when Damien was still a kid, he had gotten back from school that afternoon with bruises on his hand, I asked him how he got it and he told me that he had scratched it over an object, well I didn't believe him and he knew I didn't, so my little Damien had to spill the beans, just as I thought he had gotten bullied in school".
Julie didn't know wether Granny was saying the truth or saying that to reveal to her that she didn't believe.
Julie, who wasn't feeling any pain but staring at the old woman, winced .
Granny stopped applying pressure and said "I'm sorry sweetheart and please don't get careless next time". Julie nodded like a mischievous child.
"It seems you are going out, sweetheart?". "Yes Granny, I'll be back soon, I just have to get something", Julie answered. "Okay sweetheart, I just wanted to see your beautiful face today", Granny said to her sweetly.
(In Taylor's car)
"I'm sorry that I had kept you waiting, well, your Granny had asked me to see her", Julie said to Taylor as she tried to put on the seatbelt. "You don't have to be sorry, it's a good thing you visited her, well, it's obvious that she likes you", Taylor replied to her. He continued, "You are the first person, she's ever been very close to, outside the family".
