'They are to be married the Sunday after the next' said Drizella at dinnder. Mrs. Tremaine did not answer, she just let the topic die. Mr. Tremaine, on the other hand, smiled. 'Are we to be invited?' he asked.
'yeah we are' said Drizela. The entire kingdom is invited. Therefore us. We are.' she said somewhat cheerfully.
'Drizela, you forget we are family. We are to be part of the festivities themselves' said Mrs. Tremain. 'As family we are to walk as part of the briday prosession, I've been informed'
'Hoo-ray' said Anastasia in sarcastic boredom.
Dri would have given Anastasia a hard time, but did not feel like doing so after the conversation they have had the night before. Where Anastasia explained Dri absolutely everything, and showed her the bleeding feet she had had to endure.
Time passed. Hours and hours on end where Anastasia played the flute as almost only entertainment. Until the day finally came. The family dressed in some of their finest gowns. Little did they know what was truly to expect them. As the time came in the bridal prosession, and it was turn to the two sister to walk down the isle the same birds that had aided Cinderelal in finding a dress for the festivities came down from the ceilings of the church and peaked on them.
'ther would always be space in my table for buntness, especially if it comes as well informed and well intnetioned and yours does' the prince had said. Except that, the birds, were not as well informed. They clearly lacked the visibility of the way events truly uwrabbled as they continued to peak on the sisters who did their best to ignore them. That's when the the birds started peaking into their eyes.
So as the bridal procession went to the church, the eldest walked on the right side and the younger on the left, and the pigeons picked out an eye of each of them. And as they returned the elder was on the left side and the younger on the right, and the pigeons picked out the other eye of each of them. And so they were condemned to go blind for the rest of their days because of their presumed wickedness and falsehood.
