"To play games with my wife!"he yelled and suddenly the room was silent, the atmosphere was so awkward that Ivy could hear the sound of an imaginary hawk.
Ian bit his lower lip in utter regret. What the heck did he just say? He wanted to chase Niel away because for some reason he disgusted the fact that Niel was with her, he could have just walked away but the more she smiled at him made him uncomfortable.
Ivy was deeply amazed, few hours ago he yelled at her now he was calling her his wife, it was really amusing. Niel suddenly realized that Ian was correct and he felt a little bit guilty for bonding with Ivy nevertheless the fact Ian was a little bit defensive when it came to her was a good sign.
