As Alex's previous world was a very advanced civillization capable of multiverse travel, perfect genetic alteration...etc, his world had a tier system of classification of power for an individual.
Tiers were divided into 11 groups which were further divided into A,B,C respectively. Each step on the TIER system represented a new stage of power which an individual had. the lowest starting from TIER 11 (Lower dimensional - Point level) and went straight up to TIER 0 (Boundless level). though there was a myth of a level existing even beyond but there were no proof except for the simulation of this evolution method of Alex as it could go beyond TIER 0 according to the simulations. Sadly though no one else except Alex was able go go through this evolution without dying in the process.

Though this evolution route was a guranteed route to TIER 0 but it would take a long time, knowledge, genes and abundance of resources for Alex to reach that stage. The same could not be said for Sylphie though but it was a sure say that as a being directly being converted by Alex she was 90% guranteed to reach TIER 9A if she just lives for the rest of life but if she tried her best than she would at the very least reach TIER 5. This was why Alex was more focused on helping her learn to control her urges not to know her powers because a planetary level blood sucking vampire is just a headache for him who wants to live this life of his in a leasurely pace.
But not all wishes come true as unknown to the boy on the top of a mountain which looked like a dragon a certain conversation was going on which would later bring a new era in this world. this dragon like mountain was named DRAKENSBERG mountain, home to the Dragons of this world.
