Chapter 68 - Oversoul

Wo Shie's mind exploded with a range of different thoughts as the final layer of information began to reveal itself.

'Ohmmmmm' the proverbial sound of creation rung through Wo Shie's mind racketing his entire body with the worst pain he had ever felt.

He could feel the primordial vibrations of creation disintegrating his bones organs and skin while simultaneously creating them again causing him to feel like he was experiencing birth and death time and time again.

To the outside onlooker they would see Wo Shie writhing in agony, as his skin would seem to disappear in places and reappear in others while his face contorted in things you would only see after the worst of disasters.

If he could have he would have screamed but the fact that every second his wind pipe was disintegrating and re materializing left only a silent pitiful scene of a young boy seemingly in deathly peril.

While in pain Wo Shie remembered the last layer of information and began to do his best in understanding it.

As Wo Shie was redirecting his mind Albus arrived back within the void space with a look of pure disbelief on his face.

Albus face darkened as he only looked on in silence and every second the look on his face becoming more grim.

"Damn it… don't die on me…" Albus whispered as he watched the boy struggle to comprehend something he himself couldn't grasp.

The information in Wo Shie's mind truly did unfold like a lotus blossoming. In the middle was a white sphere in the shape of an egg.

As Wo Shie looked at the white sphere cracks began to form on its surface as Wo Shie could hear only one word outside the proverbial 'Ohm' ringing in his mind.

"Oversoul…"

"Oversoul…"

"Oversoul…"

The cracks radiated an immense amount of energy so much that the world outside of Wo Shie's Body began to be affected as the space around him began to distort.

Seeing this Albus raised an eyebrow looking at the situation, "The only thing that should be happening is his existence being consumed… what is th…" Albus began to think out loud.

Albus racked his mind but never in history had he heard of someone that couldn't use the full capabilities of the eyes of the infinite encountering the Oversoul and surviving.

Albus watched as the space began to distort in ways his own eyes of the infinite couldn't discern what was going on or about to happen.

Shortly after the space distorted completely and became totally invisible to Albus he was about to loose his calm when a pulse of energy so powerful encompassed everything freezing all of existence.

"If I stop time for everything that exist would they know I have stopped time? If I changed the past would the people of the present know something is different? If I create the future would people still think they are free?" An unfamiliar voice sounded in Wo Shie's mind.

These questions repeated themselves in Wo Shie's mind for what seemed like an eternity while his consciousness remained suspended in a state where he could only hear the questions repeat endlessly.

Finally a glimpse of hope broke through and Wo Shie began to answer the questions with his own question, "Who are you? What's going on?!" Wo Shie responded within the confines of his mind as time remained in a static state.

"The real question is who are you, I am the Oversoul of this universe and your very existence defies many laws that I have established, I've stopped time yet you bare witness, you yourself have changed the timeline, and now I myself am unaware of what happened to the future I created and what is to come of my creation." The voice vibrated through Wo Shie's being temporarily refreshing the pain the proverbial sound made him experience.

Hearing this Wo Shie was filled with questions, 'What is an oversoul, what does he mean by I'm baring witness to him stopping time and what's this about the future and the past…

'It seems you aren't even fully aware of who or what you are yet you're still able to exist within my presence without facing utter devastation.' The voice said while it began to materialize a form of itself within Wo Shie's mind.

The oversoul had a face that was nothing short of godly, Wo Shie had never seen the oversoul before yet seeing this form felt like he had been raised gently and with love by this being. It felt like looking at the face of a caring parent that has silently always fought for you even when you didn't realize it.

'I see… you will now be in my care, I will inform the council, you may also return to your world I will make my presence know. When we are to continue.' The man said as he inspected Wo Shie looking into his eyes and mind.

The eyes of the man felt as though the looked through every part of Wo Shie and with just a glance it felt like he already knew more about Wo Shie than he himself would for at least another million years.

After those words time began again for all of existence, and Wo Shie came back into view of the Albus that was on the fringe of losing his calm.

Albus eyes Widened making him look almost like a cartoon completely astonished by the perfectly fine seeming Wo Shie.

"B-bu-but you should have died…" Albus said stuttering utterly shocked, only the most powerful beings in all of existence could bare witness of the oversoul without dying let alone attempting to peer into the oversoul and comprehend it, it was simply unheard of.

"What are you talking about old man? Take me home didn't you get the message from that oversoul guy?" Wo Shie said further shocking Albus.

His jaw dropped in disbelief before he began to attempt to dissect the information within Wo Shie's mind only to be surprised that the first layer of information surrounding Wo Shie's mind presented itself just like the oversoul.

This almost send the poor old Albus mind into shock realizing if he tried to dig deeper into this child's memories he would face his own death, he was filled with utter fear as he swiftly snapped his fingers making Wo Shie reappear at the infirmary within Lone Wolf city.
