After Wo Shie had passed his first stage Fu Shen then started to explain to him how his second stage will go.
He first taught Wo Shie a form of martial arts similar to Muay Thai. This was a martial arts technique called Fury where he would use every single part of his body as a weapon his elbows, knees, feet, legs, hands and even his head.
During this second phase he would have to spar with Fu Shen once a day until he was thoroughly tired and beat.
In between sparing sessions he was to continue running and doing his previous exorcise routine in addition to practicing 'fury'.
"Those are the basic movements and the core of the technique it's actually a skill that you can use throughout your entire cultivation journey as it grows with the cultivator and is strengthened with every Chi point a cultivator unlocks." Fu Shen had just finished explaining and showing Wo Shie the basic forms of fury.
After this Wo Shie began his training, he would spar with Fu Shen who used the same martial art but much more refined. Compared to Wo Shie's stiff and ragged movements he was like an endlessly flowing river.
Wo Shie would be absolutely demolished by Fu Shen in their daily sparing sessions being beaten into a blue and purple mess with his entire complexion changing across every inch of his body into bruises.
He'd take hits from absolutely every angle while trying to fight back. Getting knocked into trees and back on the ground so many times he started to lose count after the first day.
But he couldn't even lie the progress he was making now was even faster than the last process. It seemed his eyes of the infinite were helping him passively analyze and adjust his fight with Fu Shen as he continued to make micro adjustments everyday.
Originally he wasn't allowed to pass to the final process until he was at least able to touch Fu Shen in their spar, but after remembering his slick comments from earlier he said Wo Shie had to land a solid blow if he wanted to advance to the third stage.
After the first week Wo Shie's movement looked as fluid as if he'd practiced the fury martial art for at least 5 years. It was actually a result of his eyes of the infinite analyzing and learning things on a deeper level in his dreams while he slept.
Normally for someone going through the old fashioned way of transforming one's body this stage could take on average 4 years and in the worst cast your entire life span.
This was because the benefits of this stage weren't as straight forward as the previous one. It worked the faculties of one's body in a different manner. Also depending on how strong the inherited gene's you were passed down from your parents would determine how fast your body actually healed and transformed into the body of a higher being.
First by practicing the martial art fury it awakens the set of main Chi points that are essential to being alive. Yes these Chi points were already active but they weren't awakened so his full potential was limited.
Second, this method by practicing and mastering fury or any martial art that requires the use of the entire body would increase the level of control he has over his body by involving the body and the mind to work in perfect unison.
Lastly this method would strengthen his skin muscles and bones as they'd be hurt, bruised, broken and cut in their spars once it healed it would always heal stronger thus making a cycle of growth constantly strengthening primarily his skin bones and muscles while also slightly tempering his organs as they were strengthened when they healed from internal injuries and damage he'd take.
Even though Wo Shie was comprehending the martial arts at a godly level and made leaps and bounds. If one were to judge him purely off of his display of fury against Fu Shen, one would think he was a baby trying to take candy from a renowned king Fu master.
Wo Shie felt like no matter how hard he trained it was going to take him at least 3 months to complete this stage.
By the end of the second month Wo Shie had actually reached a master level in 'Fury'. Too bad for him the person he was facing was far beyond a master level and mastery didn't equate to application more often than not.
Fu Shen explained to Wo Shie that with martial skills and martial arts there were mastery levels which were, novice, advanced novice, beginner, intermediate, expert, master, grandmaster and sovereign.
For Wo Shie to reach the master level in a martial art was something of note simply because for someone to become a master in a full body martial art could take up to 100 years or more. Normal people without comprehension talent were usually lucky to even become an expert.
That said learning and mastering a martial art was not as simple as what Wo Shie displayed, Fu Shen started to wonder if Wo Shie was like some old demon disguising itself as a child.
Even though Wo Shie had become a master in the martial art he still couldn't even touch Fu Shen it was almost like the guy was in this dimension and another one at the same time, the guy was simply untouchable.
"This isn't fair every day it's the same you're simply too fast for me to catch you you can't use your cultivation!" Wo Shie seemed slightly annoyed as he said this to Fu Shen.
Fu she only laughed and said, "kid you think I've been using my cultivation haha you gotta be joking you would have died from the force of my pinky with my cultivation!" He boastfully let Wo Shie know he wasn't using his cultivation.
"In fact this is only as strong as I was when I first transformed my body." He finished after confirming he was suppressing his strength.
Upon hearing this Wo shies mouth opened wide as he looked at Fu Shen with eyes full of incredulity. 'If he was this strong after awakening his body what kind of monster was he?'
'It's not about how strong or fast I am, it's my effectiveness of applying my strength and speed correctly." Fu Shen said as if he had heard Wo shies thoughts.
When Wo Shie heard this he was excited to see how much his strength would change once he completely transforms his body.
