"The two hemispheres have completed themselves and their citizens very well, that is a nice thing you can't attack them and they can't build, but between these two hemispheres which is more powerful?" Rita asked.
"Judging from previous wars and fights we can safely assume that the South is stronger, but in terms of battle, no one is really the victor and to be honest there is no clear-cut winner both sides always suffer heavy losses," Mera was sad while talking.
