Blue had to start playing his card well by becoming a family friend. A friend of Sophia that all he wants to do is to show her love and help her at this dangerous point in her life. That was all he had to do for now, it was like a first step that had other steps to follow soon.
The next day Blue was supposed to be on his way to the North to make sure everything is in order but as the third in command and with so much power attached to him he simply decided to send a place holder. He just said, "go in my place I would come later I have urgent training to attend to."
Without hesitation or thinking twice the men went in his place and ran ahead to make sure that they arrived at the North before their commander had reached, the Journey to the North was indeed very far and since they here in horses it would be taking them at least three to four days.
