The sky gradually turned dark and dark fog began appearing on the ground covering their feet. Ivy cringed her neck left and right before stretching her hands.
"All stretched up and now, some business"
Albert quickly made another force field around Ivy before she could move. She turned and looked at him with her dark red eyes.
"Hey kiddo what's your problem?"
"Kiddo? Ivy I am two whole years older than you. You need to stop being scary."
Sarah appeared back down with a frowning Donald while Ivy released more dark energy to cover her and break the force field.
"You all are paying me for this"
"Just go"
George told Donald who shot a short glare at him
"Cover us with a stronger force field when I get closer."
Donald moved to Ivy and knocked on the force field that was already cracking. Albert made another force field on both of them and Sarah doubled it. Donald made blue flames round his arms and hit the force field with his elbow causing it to break.
Darkness surrounded him until it filled the new forcefield.
"Ivy. Could you stop this madness? Albert said he can adjust the damage so I don't get why you're all 'I must get my revenge' attitude"
Ivy stared at Donald and then scanned him
"Like you stopped seeking revenge for your mother?"
"Okay. I don't know why you're involving my mom in this but you have to stop"
"Or else what? You'll beat me up? Go ahead. I dare you. I bet her spirit must be crying that her precious son abandoned her"
Donald's hands folded into fists but he let it go
"You're right. I am a bad son. But I don't think your brothers would be happy knowing that you killed for them"
Donald walked closer to her and held her hands. Ivy knowing what he wanted to do pulled her hands away from his
"I don't need your help"
Donald looked at her then pulled her closer and sealed her lips with his. She tried hitting him but he caught both of her hands and interlocked them. A blue light passed through him to Ivy. She closed her eyes feeling a part of her leave.
Slowly the sky started getting clear and so did the dark fog leaving a clear view of Donald kissing Ivy for the others to see. Ivy stepped on his foot which made them separate
"What did I just see?"
Alvin who was quietly at a corner asked Lily.
Ivy bent down and started spitting and trying to clean her mouth. Same with Donald. Albert and Sarah removed the force fields and met them. They gave them bottles of water to ease their cleaning
"My mouth will never get clean again. Why'd you even kiss me you idiot"
"Says the one who wanted to attack the whole city simply because your brother and sister are unconscious. For your kind information others died today"
"Well you think I don't know that? A lady who was like a mother to me was turned into a statue with no cure."
"Calm down you two"
Sarah said and they kept glaring at each other
"I wasn't going to attack your precious town if no one stopped me. I was going to look for a remedy for the statues before_"
"There she is."
Some men in black outfit approached them
"Ivy Da Vinci this is your fifteenth warning about your temper and powers. Per agreement, you have two more chances or else you join the DAMS"
"Wait wait wait wait. What's going on here?"
"I am inspector Harl from the Royal Affairs Department. We deal with supernatural cases which we believe can be controlled with just some patience. Ms Vinci happens to be one of our top cases of anger problems which even causes death to innocent people. You and Mr Rodriguez are also on the list"
Ivy simply walked away not wanting to listen to them and attend to her family
"How am I on the list? I haven't caused any damages. You know what forget it."
Donald said and just left also.
"I've never heard of you guys"
"You're not supposed to. We'll take our leave now. We'll send our men to fix the damages"
The man called Inspector Harl left with his colleagues
"Wait. What's DAMS"
Albert asked watching them disappear through the exit tunnel.
"Ivy..na.. nanny.. nanny.."
"Shh. It's okay. Everything's going to be alright. Don't cry now. You're thirteen and you cry like you're seven. You'll be worse than I am at grieving. Man up. Take Jordan and I'll take Nora. I'll come back for Nanny and see what I can do to fix everyone back. Let's go"
Jonathan wiped his eyes and offered Ivy a slight smile and carried Jordan on his shoulder and Ivy did same with Nora and they left.
